H'mm. Well, it seems like half the people I've talked to today are Genin. I don't know. I'm looking forward to the exams.

We really don't have any restrictions setup right now though...
We just ended our first exams not long ago, so we really weren't considering a new one anytime soon... We're placing the advancement system which enables you to level up by doing missions and fighting though. :I

The main attraction of the chuunin exams is that... well...
A.) You don't have to do a bunch of missions to rank up.
B.) There's a chance you'll become a jounin if you're literate and fight well enough.

One of the main factors is getting missions converted to that new format. xP

Not that I can think of... assuming you mean sense altering or submission type genjutsu... You could easily use those fake cloud genjutsu as much as you want~
