I think Virginia just became Roy's best friend, since she saved Barbara from ending up like Steven Sing.

Eric Coldfire I think Virginia just became Roy's best friend, since she saved Barbara from ending up like Steven Sing. Oh yeah. If she makes it out alive he will never let her get in danger again for sure. He'll make sure she's always looked after for helping Barbra. I'll be sending a police officer to manor after a while to deliver the news to Lian about her dad. This night is turning out to be rather dramatic for sure.

Oh she'll live, just barely. She replaced the standard back plating in her kevlar vest with a second plate that goes in the front. Its heavier and keeps her posture straight, but it probably saved her life.
She's also probably getting fired when the Brass finds out their poster child was moonlighting as a vigilante. Not to mention her collection of evidence compromised the cased, and if it wasn't for Interpol confirming the identity of the killer to be an international wanted man, he might've walked.

Roy will pull some strings and make sure she's cared for. If nothing else she'll always have a job with him. He's not as rich as Bruce or d**k but he has enough cash to fund his own operations and start up his own team in the near future.

Well in that case she'll go from fire to suspended without pay pending a psychological evaluation... and maybe demoted. She'll lock herself up in her house, drinking herself to death, feeling sorry for herself and thinking she failed her late fiance.
At that point, she may get a visit from Batgirl and asked for her continued help on the case... since two more people are going to disappear.

Yeah. well she can look forward to an invite to the Outsiders by Roy once he's on his feet and gets sick of the way things are handled on a legal level.
