Phoenix315 Shoujo Phoenix No more 7am psychology!!! She said if we were content with our current grade, we could sign out and not come back the rest of the semester. I got an A too. And I never got As in high school. I love college. heart So there are benefits to going to a JC. whee heart

Streamjumper Streamjumper I'm gonna go get a sandwich... I'll be back in a bit. Interesting story... I shot about two minutes down the street to grab a a BLT sub from D'Angelos and came right back. As I'm getting out of my truck to head back into the appartment with my bacony trophy I hear a crack and see a bright flash... One of the poletop transformers just a hundred or so yards away shorted... Whoa! So, after a moment of being impressed I head back in to make coffee for Luna to take to work, appreciate my sandwich, spam with you chimps, and burn some new cds to listen to at my new worksite... As I'm making coffee I have an urge to look out the kitchen window just as the now overworked transformer on the NEXT pole decides to fail drastically... BOOM! Once again, big flash and sizzle, but now a big ******** boom. The lights dim as our building's amperage drops significantly... Luna heads off to her overnight... So then I start wondering if the surge protector managed to protect the computer... As I'm checking the machine out, a third boom and flash... eek So I unplug everything just in time for the power to go out... Power's back on, and now I'm burning the disks I need as I wait to see if the power's gonna die again... Sleep would be nice. gonk I wanna see transformers blow up! gonk The closest I ever got was when one blew in highschool. I was on the other side of the building. Still, good for you, as they say, 'takin care of biznizz'

Streamjumper Kinetic Dream Now that backlog is done... My back hurts, and it's making me feel a lot older than it should. Does this mean I'll have to begin participating in the older member's innane prattle about the 'old days'? gonk Eh, what? Could you repeat that into my good ear? I forgot where I put my ear trumpet. I'll take that as a yes. And my back still aches! I need a long hot bath... crying And I AM the most bad a** historian evar cool
