Seph nodded opening the fridge and removing the beer from the fridge with her trail while her hads were occupied by her bowl and the ladel "Well I'm more a snow and mountains girl rather than hot weather and sun though I can live with beaches somewhat and I think you would have more fun in the sun" she shrugged gently flinging the beer towards Itaka "Now catch because I'm not fetching another" she smirked.
Hebal giggled surprised by Zadina's comments "Well the trampolines can't move so unless you can jump like me your not going to travel really far on a trampoline. Even if they had wheels someone would have to push" she pointed out thinking he was silly.
Amane gasped not having expected the warm light to suddenly change to a cold blue light shining accross the tent "Well this is strange..." she quietly remarked kicking her legs out into a starjump. "Why would you want a trampoline when you have an airship which feelsawesome to ride anyway?"

Felina tutted and playfully wagged her finger at Oassu "Not so fast dear. That wave of yours was way to fast, you dont want them to think your flailing" she replied imitating her mothers voice. "With lots of petty little things like that which apparently make such a difference is it much wonder that I wanted to get out into the world. Just be greatful your make, women have it harder with things like that"
Hitomi shook her head "We were done by that point and besides, the other group had other places to be and so did we the next day so they were long gone before the celebrations ended. Just because we're from rival villages, doesn't mean we all want to go round picking fights with eachother constantly" she told Gil optimistically.
"And guess who was singing the loudest and the most bizarre of songs all night long" Takeo smirked directing his gaze towards Satoshi "Thats probably the real reason they found us then chose to leave us alone"

Oassu sighed "My wave is fine, no one would mistake this for flailing but why would it be harder for women?" he asked opening the door to their room and stepping in being greeted by the smell of pleasant soaps and scents from the bathroom "looks like they ran that bath you asked for" he said
Gil chuckled "Well I'm sure she was just enjoying herself though I'm surprised you let you go, even if you aren't their mission you are still the enemy and interrupting your mission would probably benefit their village in the long run" he said shaking his head "But for now we have a pleasant peace" he said finishing his second drink.
Zadina scratched his chin "Well you could position several trampolines and bounce between them" he said sitting down for a moment and giggling as the others bouncing caused him to bounce "Though you are right the airship is fun too" he said
Itaka rolled his eyes as the beer landed on the couch "Well you do use that tail as an extra hand" he said picking it up and opening it "Though we humans are adaptable can go most places and stay fine, but climates like Mineerin and Agralia are a nice balance for us" he said.

Seph paused scracthing her chin "Hmm.. well how about if we don't fancy staying her all year round then we go get ourselves a nice little getaway/ fresh start in Mineerin. The people are a bit... different granted. But they know how to appreciate a skilled warrior unlike other places. Plus they are more tolerant human dominant country for demons" she pondered rejoining Itaka. "though you know, most demons that live in this world can adapt just as well as people. Its just sometimes you gotta try harder. Like poor Alpha in a Thunderstorm"
Hebal nodded her head approvingly "Well that does sound like a really fun idea to set up for as long a distence as possible and might encourage other travellers and keep everyone away from fiends" she agreed liking the idea more.
"Well good luck, you are a noble afterall so I'm sure you could put trampolines all over your land and estate. Provided your not one of those forest elves with all the trees because then you could get stuck or you would be banging your head all the time on trees" Mu snickered.
Amane tilted her head glancing at Zadina "Oh yeah your place, has it got too many trees for stuff like that? Though I thought that all elves lived in forests because your tree people or at least you were once upon a time when viera and elves shared the odd forest"

Felina smiled and nodded her head, hesitated to take in the warm aroma filling up the room "Well yes, the servants are paid so much that if you treat them nicely and remember your manners, they'll do almost anything for you to a really high standard. Means we can bathe whenever though dont want the water to go cold" she added going to check the water briefly. "And women, particularly ones that aren't likely to rule are expected to make public appearences and meet people and take care of the social tasks so appearence is seen asn more important".
Satoshi nodded playfully nudging Takeo "Yeah I was singing the loudest in the group but at least I was singing in tune" she teased back earning a couple of snickers around the table.
"We weren't doing anything that as conflicting with our mission and that village was neutral with hours so there was nothing to gain from attacking eachother." Ranmaru shrugged not getting the bid deal. "Theres worse encounters that woul coul ha had out there.

Oassu nodded "Good thing too, I imagine they get a nice little bunk here too to relax in" he said getting ready for the bath "Guess that means we can't just retreat away to our little island" he sighed.
Gil smiled thinking he would be a better tactician than the enemy ninja "I'm sure though perhaps you've had a bit much to drink, your words are slurring a bit Ranmaru" he chuckled looking up at the sky "So what time is it? Are we close to the Dragon Festival yet?" he asked.
Itaka raised an eyebrow "Really? With all their orders and old ways I'd think they'd be relatively against demons," he said "Shame they don't really engage with the world much though, they produce efficient warriors mages and farmers but not really much else" he said shrugging "Still we can go there if you like sure, just need to get used to that odd old dialect they use" he said
Zadina scratched his head in thought for a moment "Well my estate isn't situated in the forest no though we have a forest on our land and a fair few trees, could be possible to do it not sure the servants would appreciate it though" he said looking at Amane "I didn't know we used to share forests together" he said surprised.

Seph snickered "Depends which bit you go to. The elves dont care much for demons and the people in the countryside have a lot more relaxed views than in the main cities. And like I said they coudn't spot a demon pretending to be a human even if they were drunk and had their tail hanging out. Other species isn't exactly their strongest point of knowledge" she recalled from her previous visit to the country. "As for the way they talk it's so funny, I like it"
Amane stopped bouncing a moment, the lights siddenly going off leaving the tent in total darkness "Ahh spooky. But seriously, your land must be hugem if you can have a forest inside your garden. Maybe viera or centuars or something live there" she pondered with a small sigh of relief as rainbow lights began to flicker amongst themselves.
Hebal nodded gasping and looking around in search of the flashy lights "Oooohh.... well yeah we kinda evolved from things that lived in forests a while after elves came about so we had to share the odd forest occasionally I'm positive"
Mu sighed casting a galre at the cat demon once the lights turned back on somewhat "Well if its your house the servants are being paid a lot of cash to smile and nod and let you have your way so that shouldn't be a problem" she stated slightly jealous of Zadina's wealth.

Felina paused placing Cid down on the bed hoping he would keep on snoozing on the bed "Sure we can, just chill and make the occasional appearence at a party and the odd charity event or other way if interating with the public. No need to worry about that yet will be a while before we're getting that island" she smiled starting to undress seeing Cid happily settle back down.
Ranmaru nodded with a small hiccup "I'm not that bad, just a little tipsy, but if you can't have a few drinks for the festival then theres no excuse at all for a nice drink. It's alright to loosen up a little as we're not going to be visiting the target range or anything"
Satoshi leaned forward squinting to look at the time "At the moment the time is... fifteen minutes to midnight meaning very soon theres going to be an hour or so of noise then sleep time then more celebrations tomorrow morning"
Hitomi gasped surprised at the time "Oh already? Time has gone by fast today I think which is a first the day before the festival. Tomorrow will be really good. Or at least the afternoon as I promised my younger sister I would help her win the dragon costume contest"

Oassu smiled watching Cid curl up again and snooze "He must've filled up on carrots pretty well" he said pausing to admire Felina "Well hurry up and join me though will be great once we get that island" he said hopping into the bathroom.
Gil chuckled "Sure, Nadira is going to be making some costumes as well" he said glancing at Hitomi "But how old is your little sister? She must be really excited about the festival" he said
Itaka smirked "Alright then as you say just don't go getting called a witch and stuff though I'm not sure you should be mocking them if you plan to live amongst them sometime" he said finishing his soup and collecting his bowl "Still we'll need to go give the chocobos their dinner soon" he said.
Zadina bounced off the trampoline thinking it wasn't safe to bounce in darkness "Well maybe so Miss Mu but they can always leave if they feel they are being mistreated so it's best not too, especially since some of those servants looked after me growing up." he said

Seph raised her eyebrow while she drank what was left of her soup directly from the bowl "Why would they call me a witch. They do have mages in Mineerin afterall and they are pretty much the same thing as what you would call a witch really" she shrugged following Itaka over. "Guess I better brace myself for a certain red food loving chocobo"
Amane smiled waching Zadina from above under rhered, yellow and pink lights now beaming down on them "Im sure your servants wouldn't dream of leaving such a nice and kind elployer like yourself. Your way too nice to everyone to have to need more staff"
Mu shook her head rubbing her eyes while they readjusted to the bright lights "I didn't mean you should abuse them. I meant that its your place and if you want to do stuff or make changes its not really their place to stop you redecorating the place with say trampolines" she explained.
Alpha chuckled watching the cat demon scurrying across the trapeze on his way to fix one of the bulbs that had remained unlit "Cat demons are as funny as ever, surprised none have driven you crazy yet,always running about like that" he grumbled to Mu earning a small laugh.

Felina laughed glancing back at Cid before finishing off what she was doing "Yeah well can you blame him. Those were some good quality fresh carrots he was given. not like the ones I bought him in Kunec" she replied taking a run and jump into her bath splashing Oassu "Ahh now this water is lovely and warm, just what I need" she sighed when her head returned to the surface.
Satoshi nodded with a small grin "Oh my costume is finished but yours is taking a little longer because you needed a bit more material. They are looking great so far from what I see though" she told Gil happy with the progress her clones had made despite having slacked off at times.
Hitomi nodded with a small giggle "Well the costumes won't be as fancy as yours im sure since nobody in my family is good at sewing. She's six years old so of course she would still get excited about the festival and any form of excuse to be given presents by the family and then getting to run around trying to scare people. Thinks its funny"

Oassu smiled wiping the splash-water off his face "I can think of something else I need" he said swimming towards Felina.
Gil frowned slightly "Guess I'll need to thank them later on but I'm sure she'll be fine, perhaps even win the most dragon-like dragon prize if she's so good at scaring people" he said ordering another drink.
Itaka chuckled "Well like we said they don't know much about other species, might think that's what your unusual appearance is and I believe they use the term witch specifically for evil magic users and a strange brand of mages who do a spot of alchemy on the side" he said shrugging moving through a small sheltered outside corridor towards the stables while the rain poured down on eitherside of the corridor "Still I'll take Irelia if you're really bothered by her, she'll be plenty friendly once she's had dinner I'm sure Chobi will just be trying to get your attention after you played with Gregor earlier anyway" he said.
Zadina shrugged "Well if they don't like the way things are going they may still leave though I imagine they are having a fantastic time enjoying the estate while none of the lords are home" he said with a small smile looking up at the lights "I think it's really impressive how agile they are Cap'n Alpha, much moreso than any elf I've ever seen" he said.

Seph laughed "Oh yes I can picture Chobi doing that, but she just doesn't like to share. It's kinda cute in a way that shes getting so clingy if potentially a little worrying. And I can't do alchemy at least nor particularly evil magic so I'll be ok. Had worse, remember the says when people ran at you withc pitchforks"
"Oh they are agile all right. Cat demons are also very nimble and not good at handling things when they can't have what they want so a lot of them end up as thieves at some point. They are also very sneaky when they want to be" Mu added indicating to the front row of the stands where a smaller set of cats eyes were peeking over the top of the boards separating the crowd from the ring "You don't have to spy on us, you could just join is you know"
Hebal tilted her head surprised by their watcher "Oh hello you, theres no need to be shy we don't bite really. Even Alpha doesn't despite his big scary appearence" she encouraged not expecting the cat demon to take a run and jump over her shoulder to the trampoline.
"Hey... I know you, your that demon from earlier that was staring at the fish all day" Amane frowned almost pounced upon. "Well they are definately good jumpers just like you mum" she giggled shuffling over on the trampoline while the demon battled with removing her claws from the net.

Satoshi snickered "Oh Hotaru would love that, if she won that contest she would be running around us in that costume all day everyday for weeks. But she's a really cute kid who will do well in life even though she failed the aptitude test for being a ninja" she concluded swinging back on her chair.
Hitomi nodded "Yep she'll be safe and happy. Everyone in the village does their part be it making ninja uniforms or cooking noodles and... a life guard is it?" she paused not sure if she got the right Agralian phrase as she listed a few random jobs.

Gil smiled "Yes I'm sure she'll love it and yeah life guard is right. lord knows with the amount of water in this village you must have your fair share of them, fortunately the river doesn't look so bad right now but I imagine you guys have plenty to worry about in the rainy season" he said.
Itaka nodded "Well some would consider black magic evil but nevermind it'll be fine if you like" he said opening the door into a rather noisy stable where Chobi was clearly talking animatedly to the other chocobos "Well come on in and we'll get the greens" he said watching as the chocobos turned their attention to them.
Zadina giggled watching the little cat demon struggle "Hello again, you were really good in the show tonight with all your flipping and flopping on the trapeze earlier" he said politely
