How can i not be serious about something that is my life.
Music is my life, without music i would have nothing to offer to this world, all i can do is sing, i have no other skills, none that i can do freely without trying.
To me they are not JUST songs.
and i can't not be serious. If you understood a single thing about me, you would know that.
People don't take me seriously, so the only way for them to do that, is by proving i'm serious about things.
I don't take things lightly. I"ve seen more of this world than you have, so don't tell me what to do.
I can't change the way i am, i've already tried, and with no one here to help me it makes it twice as hard.
I've auditioned for Canadian Idol 3 times already do you know why i haven't made it? It's not because i can't sing, I can, i've been adjudicated. I have the voice.
It's because i don't have the image. I'm not thin, i'm not "hot" i'm not the ideal for society we live in.
So i have to be serious, becasue being serious is the only thing i know, and the only i'm ever going to succeed in life, and just dare to hope that someday my dreams will come true.
