@Trei: Th'one with the guy who doesn't know who he's playing... xD ...currently pondering how exactly to react to your attack before actually posting. Could just take it and perform a redirected attack, but....that seems way too Hulkish.

Yeah...I don't wanna win with any of my characters via ringout or timeout...that would suck...but if its necessary...whatever I suppose. As we get further in the tournament, you have to assume that people are going to be more into it, and thus likely post more often.

Actually, I prefer to win by ring-out. It eliminates the "YOU MUST MORTALLY WOUND ME OR YOU SHALL NEVER WIN!" element, and if I see a chance - I'll exploit a ring-out. In fact, that's how I won my first match. =P I could've definetely won it in a normal fashion - but, it'd probably still be going on even as we speak. Thus, I took advantage of him landing in a, quote, "five foot crater".. and well, helped him along that extra five feet. domokun

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't be an opportunist...I'm saying, its more fun if you actually just go for each others throats at first. The guy I am fighting with Ianex is trying to ring me out though...we are seven feet under the verticle boundary...

Omi, I don't know if I'm just tired or if your post is completely confusing, but I'm rather confused about what you are trying to do to Raine in the Gym.
Did you, block my attack? And what are you trying to upper-cut exactly?
Uh..o.o;
I don't wanna be rude or anything, but could you explain it a bit differently..For some reason (Probably me being tired) I can't seem to grasp what you are doing.

Was my move legit? I kinda got the idea outta nowhere, and it made some sense so I decided to try it...

I thought I worded it clearly. X3

Alright, you were in a "bridge position", and you were thrusting your legs forward towards my gut, as a double-footed kick, no?

I had my left hand, lowered, thrust up [a small "uppercut"] into your lower-legs region, to force them more upward - so, that perfect "thrust forward" kick-motion was ruined. =P Then, obviously, your lower body's raised up - making your back accessable, to which, my right foot came up.

If you still don't understand, I'll.. take another stab at explaining it. =P

@Ianex: Ah, I hear ya then'. XP

Revel in your defeat, you pointy-haired FOOL! BWAHHHHAHAHAHH!

[To explain what just happened:]

I took this page, and duplicated it - then uploaded it onto my webhost, edited so it appeared as though the username and avatar wasn't loading.

I then edited Ken & Nihilistic's posts, so Ken appeared to be spouting hate propaganda and supporting "White Power" - and so Nihilistic was calling Goku's message boards gay. Gaaaaaay.

Goku, like a class-A genius, fell for it and clicked the Post Reply button. Which, funny enough, I left the original link to - so, Goku was actually replying to the real thread.

He should feel like a total fool now. And with that, off I am to War Rock. domokun

XD!! Wow, Omi, that's awesome!

"That'd be tight."

Neo Pirate/Spaceship-y guild! Yay. Eventually, maybe..

Anyways, I just flipped through the few pages a while back, if anyone brought anything else to my attention, I encourage re-posting or PMing me.

Yarrrr.

Oh..o.o; No, I get it now. It makes perfect sense when you put it that way..But for some reason it wasn't clicking when I was reading it in your post..*Shrugs*
I'm pretty tired, so I'll probably respond tomorrow instead of tonight..o.o;
I didn't really get too much sleep last night and stuff..
So anyways, sorry 'bout that.
G'night everybody, be back tomorrow.

Good night, Oblivion.

Sweet. Commerce Round 1 is just about up. I'd been sitting on those two intro posts of mine, so it felt good to be the first one to post in the match this time.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 17, 2006 10:26 pm

Ken, I wish I hadn't deleted it from my webhost already. X3 I may re-upload later to show ya', but? Goku wanted revenge.. IN WAR ROCK. And?

gunsmith: Are you okay, man?
gunsmith: Still shooting?
gunsmith: Cuz' yer ******** DONE, SON!

XP

And Oblivion, I'm very glad to hear; I thought I'd worded the post poorleh' for a second there. X3 No problem, I'll see ya tomorrow than - g'night.

Hey, Omi, what's up? I saw you post about Warrock a few days ago, and I checked out the site and nearly downloaded the client. It kinda looks like BF1942 as opposed to an MMOFPS as it proclaims. Plus, I couldn't understand how one might obtain a jet. Is it also like BF in that the first one to it on the map gets it? How is the gameplay? Do you really have to buy anything to get the good stuff?

@Trei: Well, now that you mention it....Trei's right tricep (basically his arm from shoulder to elbow) is being held quasi-horizontally at roughly six feet off the ground. So his shoulder is about the same height...Fierce Deity never pushed down, he was simply guiding Trei forward further before attacking.

The only chance that Trei could have t'drop so low would be when Deity dropped'im...and his attacks are swift enough as to have all been completed before a single knee hit th'floor... < <;;

Omi: Haha, I'd love to see it. Haha.

Blah, I'm so unskilled in fist fights and Arian just challenged me to one. Bahhh, this sucks. Although my character has a bunch of back-up things, just in case.

Blah, Warrock looks neat, but my connection is too slow to play it, currently..

Actually, it's a little odd. It's definetely an FPS; there's bases, you see, and depending on the map & mode, you can enter a range of vehicles. Don't think jets dominate though; I'm already a self-proclaimed "anti-air expert". domokun

Nope, there's a number of them - they can be destroyed, yadda. As you claim "flags" [which're considered 'bases', to an extent,] and you die? You can choose to respawn at any claimed flags your team has.

Gameplay-wise, it takes a little getting used to, and the vehicles can't hurt you by running over you.. but save that, very, very good, surprisingly. And the interface is toooop-noche'. domokun Hectic in-game, but you'll still love it. And nah; they don't even have premium items yet, and you can get the good stuff, so to speak, without a single "real-world" cent.

One thing I recommend: make a practice game with a friend - password protected - and work out the controls. Especially the rolling, crouching, and crawling; sounds simple, but there's SP [stamina points] you have to factor into, and dashing taps into it as well, so you need to get a feel for how to ration movements right.

Especially for a game just now hitting Open Beta, beautiful game.

AND KEN, YOU WON'T KNOW UNTIL YE TRY IT! :Flex:
