Sani stopped drawing and turned his head to Matsuda, putting the chalk down before turning around and tilting his head. "Heh, you remembered?" he smiled big for her.

Matsuda smiled back, her tail swishing happily.
"Of course I remembered..." She walked in and sat down in front of him. "It's been a while since I've been able to spend a birthday with you, even when.. when we weren't talking I didn't forget..." Durring those years she had lit a candle on his birthday, a special blue and red candle. She let it burn that whole day.

Sani took the cake from her and set in in between them. "Haha, not even my own mom would remember my birthday! So how you been?" he picked in the container to see what the cake looked like, it looked to be chocolate.

Matsuda laughed.
"Interesting... Uzaki decided to blind Sau today. He did it in the messiest way possible, too. Just kind of stabbed his fingers in there." She chuckled. "I'm kind of proud of the little guy..." She looked at the cake. "Sau basically forced me to bring Ludwig back, he dragged me in to the morge by my hair.." She mumbled.

Sani took the container off and swiped some of the chocolate off with his finger. He stuck in his mouth listening. "Silly Uzaki, the kid finally realized he is insane hehe~" he saw there was another layer of vanilla and smiled. "Stupid sau~ hurting my matsuda, he is lucky I'm stuck in here!" he leaned over and kissed her forehead.

Matsuda smiled a bit and purred, looking back up at him. She leaned over and kissed him on the lips, pulling back and swiping some of the frosting for herself. She could still eat normal food, it just didn't fill her at all.

Sani smiled and ate some of the cake, he had forgotten how to use like a civilized person so he ate with his hands or a bowl. "Mm, so good!" he wiped it off his mouth and kissed her on the lips back.

Matsuda sat back and relaxed, it had been a while since she could sit with Sani and actually relax, actually... make that never. Even when they were kids she had always been on her toes looking out for people who wanted to kill her.

Sani kept eating the cake, he hadn't had sweets since he was sixteen. He focused on eating for awhile but didn't realize his eyes were still blue. He had finished half the cake and offered some to matsuda.

Matsuda looked in to Sani's eyes and shook her head.
"I can stomach some normal food, but not a lot." Her own black eyes held red flakes: the insanity, lust and hunger finally cracking her. Now she realized how much she really missed Sani's true eyes, she used to remember when those eyes used to make her heart skip beats... it still did.

Sani pulled it back with a frown, eating some more. "Oh..." he knew it was his fault but it didn't matter much. He finished the cake fast and licked his lips of chocolate and lick his hands of vanilla.

Matsuda moved to Sani's side and hugged him, snuggling close. She only had a few hours with him, she didn't want to waste any of it. She was going insane without him, like a captive tiger dumped in the wild.

Sani snuggled close to her also, stroking her long hair and smiling. "I am sad...I won't get my present from Karuhi until tomorrow..." he smiled a bit at her hair's softness. Karuhi knew it was his birthday tomorrow so her and yukai planned to do tests on him in Yuki.

Matsuda looked up at him, blinking.
"Present?" Her ear twitched in confusion and stayed down at a slight angle. Her tails swished once lightly as she snuggled a bit closer, he was warmer than she was.

Sani nodded smiling brightly. "Mhm! She's says it'll be the best present in my life!" he held up his hands to show a exaggeration. Karuhi wanted to know how he ticked; what made his eyes go red or blue. She couldn't get to him today because she was trying to help Keiro out of his comatose state and Yukai was healing Dana so she could get out of her coma.
