Hedoro could feel their destination getting closer. Not out of some mystical connection to food or anything improbable like that, but simply because that's how her senses worked, by actually feeling everything around her. Not directly, of course. So as they approached one building in particular, she was able to figure out the other buildings weren't their destination, and the number continued to shrink until they stood at the front of one in particular. It had to be the place, though it didn't seem as occupied as she might have guessed. Did not everyone know there were such places, that exchanged worthless money for food? Or had they already swept through, and taken everything for themselves? Her attention was diverted a short moment later, as Crius held out something that she recognized. A chair. A curious human invention, why would you need to place yourself upon a pedestal? Of course, she didn't really get how muscles worked, or how they could get tired, so she didn't really understand the need to rest in a way that wasn't actual sleep. Nonetheless, she had seen chairs before, and knew basically how they worked. The humans placed their center of mass upon them, and remained there for varying lengths of time. Sometimes they got up and then returned, other times they simply remained there. Was it a challenge? Was it some kind of test, to see who was more patient? To see who could remain balanced on the chair for a longer period of time, without having to get up, and concede defeat? Is that how they determined who got to eat the food here? Sensing around her, she saw that yes, the only people who were eating were the ones seated at those chairs! What an insidious test! "I suppose there's no other option..." She grumbled a little. Crius had already chosen his seat, though he hadn't sat down yet. So she grabbed the other chair and moved it closer to her. Inspecting it curiously for a moment, she tried to figure out how to balance on it. Finally she settled for just settling down on top of it, though her wrappings were hard-pressed to retain her form at this change in balance. (380 )

"Well at least you hadn't tried to eat the chair.." Crius says with a chuckle, before motioning a hand towards the waitress that soon came rushing over to Crius with two menu's in hand, eying Hedoro oddly all the way. She would set the menu's down, nod shyly to them both, and then scurry away before too long, apparently she was new or something like that, it didn't matter all too much to Crius as long as long as things would continue the way they were at this moment, he didn't feel like having to enter a severe battle of skill against Hedoro for no particular reason, in a sense this was almost a business venture for him. "Don't eat that, this leads to a curious question, do you possess the ability to read what is on the menu that she set in front of you?" Crius says, with an eyebrow raising to a slight degree, this was in fact something that he had always been curious about, what exactly were the limitations behind Hedoro's full essence and form, was she able to do everything a human was capable, and just chose not to? Or did she have some flaw that prevented any version of sight other then her standard to be functional? It would be seen soon enough, which answer was the correct answer, but for the time being, he would sit back and wait. He wasn't exactly sure what he planned to eat yet anyway, not that eating was actually a function able option for him, he had no stomach or other bodily organs that he could offer food to. Food itself actually suffered disintegration through the chakra that was harbored within his body.

It was probably fortunate that Crius had warned her not to eat the menu. Hedoro had been a bit annoyed at his off-hand remark on not eating the chair. She wasn't about to surrender in a challenge, not when a meal was at stake! So when the menu had first arrived, she had picked it up, preparing to ingest it, before his warning reached her. Her form seemed to slump somewhat at that, but she lowered the folded and laminated brochure of comestibles. As he continued his comment, her irritation grew. "I know how to read..." She muttered angrily, thinking he was simply doubting her intelligence, rather than not knowing just what methods she had available to see. Normally, she didn't, by the strictest sense she was blind. She usually didn't have a need to see physically, her other senses made up for it. But when it came to reading, concessions must be made. She opened one hand, and part of her substance slowly bled through the layers of cloth, making it look like she had tapped a freshly-painted wall. From there, she slowly dragged her finger across the surface, creating a rather good mimicry of a blind human reading through Braille. Of course, this menu had no Braille on it, she was simply feeling the minute difference in texture and height on the paper, of the ink used for the various listings. The alternative hadn't been very tempting, to say the least. If she hadn't wanted to mess with touch-reading the menu, she would have just opened it and randomly pointed to several spots on the menu. With any luck, they would have been reasonably accurate representations of a proper meal. Not that she was going to settle for a human-sized meal, of course. That was just out of the question. As she continued to 'read' the menu, an almost imperceptible twitch ran through her, as she spotted something on the menu that she hadn't expected. Certainly not a rare wine, or high-class dessert, it was nonetheless something she had taken an immense liking to, consequences be damned. (360 )

"Well I had figured you had some form of ability to read or another, although you must excuse me, it is not exactly every day that I come across someone like yourself. So it should not be too surprising, if I do not hold as much knowledge as I would for some of the more standard occupants of this world." Crius says with a slightly dismissive gesture of his hand, he hadn't even gotten to the point where he felt the need to draw open the menu and look through it's contents. His attention was far more pressed on observing Hedoro and how she actually pulled off reading the menu, which by observation was rather interesting indeed. He had expected something more along the lines of her creating an eye of sorts, and looking in that fashion. But instead she had seemed to read the paper as if she was reading brail. Exactly how she could do this, was something he wished to ask, but figured it better not to ask at all, considering the slight differences in understanding they did appear to have upon occasion. Either way, the next obvious question would be quite simple. "Did you find anything worthwhile?" Crius asks, as he now lifts and opens the menu in order to skim through it briefly, though his decision towards which meal he planned to have was still going unchanged. The fact was hunger was not a priority, and he would very well just sit there and not eat at all, if it wasn't for the fact that simply not eating when in the presence of another person, was simply not polite.

"Well it's not like I encounter your kind every day, but I know enough about how you work." This was technically a lie. She had encountered a few puppets before, and did understand the very, very basics of how they worked. Not enough that she could truly claim to know how they worked, except upon redefining the question. They worked by moving and acting alive until she ate whoever or whatever powered their functions. Whether it was inside of them, like a soul, or an actual puppeteer, it didn't matter. Once she ate that source, the puppet was generally so much dead weight. And she would eat that too, of course. The various traps were often like biting into a chocolate and finding out what sort of tasty center it had. When Crius finally asked if she had found anything worthwhile, she was conflicted. She did, in fact, find something that she very much wanted to have. But she was a guarded individual, she had been exceedingly paranoid and independent for as much of her life as possible. That extended to moments like these. If she were to actually admit that she had a 'weakness' for a particular food or drink, that was making her more assailable, and giving a potential enemy a way to possibly do harm to her. She just couldn't risk it. "Not particularly, none of the meat dishes come in an 'alive' form of presentation, it appears..." They were truly an odd couple in this regard. Crius would eat virtually nothing, just going through the motions. While Hedoro, for all intents and purposes, was a glutton. They were both inhuman, though, so she wouldn't simply attack him out of boredom. Probably. (289 )

"Well if you're interested in learning something, feel free to ask." Crius says with a chuckle, as he thumbs through the limited pages of the menu. He was having trouble locating something that he remembered to be filling, or at least something he enjoyed eating back when he had been alive. For the most part, Crius hadn't even intended to eat. Instead he was watching and surveying, deciding how much 'humanity' Hedoro did possess. Be it in the form of characteristics, or simply by the fact she didn't grow to a point where she would simply lose control and devour most if not everything in the area. His light gray eyes casually peer through the goldenrod lenses of his sunglases, the doujutsu he had used long set aside due to being unneeded for the time being. "I apologize, there are not too many places that actually serve anything in a living assortment. Although the Angra Mainyu's main base has been known to have a living thing or two at the dining room table, on occasion. Jinn and Loar enjoy the screams of woman, when their flesh is being cut off and laid on the serving platter set before them..." Crius says, the slight curve of a smile coming onto his face as he remembers one particular time not too long ago. Those two creepy bastards sure did have a liking for such a gruesome thing as their kind of cannibalism. Thankfully they didn't have any guests at that point, or the wrong impression could have been taken concerning them. Almost as if realizing he had begun staring off past Hedoro, reminiscing over a past memory regarding just another beloved member of his Organization, Crius soon snaps his attention back onto Hedoro and begins speaking with concern to the food once again. "You may as well try some of the not so living courses. If necessary, order a meat product to be cooked ultra rare." He says with a slow shrug, he had dealt with the complaint of no living meals on the menu before, with that same particular set of members he had been thinking about just recently.

Hedoro paused in her perusal of the menu at the mention of others in Crius' group eating in a fashion almost similar to her own manner. She didn't see the appeal in cutting the meal up just before eating then. It probably had something to do with the horribly inconvenient small mouths that humans had. She preferred, obviously, to eat humans or animals while they were still alive. There was nothing that was like it, in her experiences. If she concentrated after swallowing one, she could actually feel them struggle, as their struggles grew weaker, and slower. Bit by bit, they grew weaker, their heartbeat slowing down until it stopped altogether. That sublime feeling of that single moment between life and death added a special spice to a meal. She didn't really have much of a normal sense of taste without concentrating, but something like that transcended such limitations, a mental taste, of sorts. "That will have to do..." This was said in response to Crius' suggestion of simply ordering her meal ultra rare. It wouldn't be the same, but if she was truly supposed to find out what sort of foods humans ate, it would have to be the best compromise she could handle. She used to know what sorts of meals humans dined upon, from her time in the academy, but that was a long time ago, and she had forgotten much of her time there. So she would have to settle for acting more or less in the way humans did. If she had normal eyes, she would have glared at the cutlery out of distaste. Were humans really so helpless that they even needed tools to eat? The most primitive of instincts, and they couldn't even do it on their own? They really were inferior! If it weren't for how rapidly they reproduced, she was sure they would have been wiped out long before. But they were as plentiful as any other vermin, and much more troublesome. At some level, she probably realized she could never devour them all. She wasn't about to stop trying, though. (356 )

"Well in that case, I'll call the waitress over, and you can order whatever you like. I'm afraid I don't have the... Stomach, for eating today. So you'll be able to dine to your fullest extent, without worrying about something of mine taking up room on the table." Crius says, as he chuckles lightly at the organ pun he had mentioned. After all, it was true, he really did lack the stomach to be devouring any kind of food product. With a simple raise of his hand, he makes a slight flicking gesture in the air, the waitress he had handed them the menus before, would come scurrying over within a moment's notice, in order to appear at the table with a slightly startled set of features spread across her face. Her gaze looking upon first Hedoro, and then Crius, as she awaits one of them to speak. "The lady..—" Crius says, chuckling slightly once again, before he continued with his sentence soon afterwards, "..Will be ordering alone today, I'm afraid I'm not all too hungry, but she's ravished. Do pay close attention to how she orders things, will you girl?" Crius says in a rather cold manner, before raising the menu in front of the girl's face. The waitress stutters through a jumble of 'okays' and apologies before she took the menu, and then turned drawing a pad of paper and a pen from her pocket and preparing to write down the order. Her attention diverting from Crius and onto Hedoro as she awaits the order to be requested. "W-What can I-I get you Ma'am?" She manages to choke out at last, while standing there eager to run back to the kitchen and away from them both.

Hedoro had been wondering about how a place like this was supposed to function. Business sense notwithstanding, if they just sat there, how was anyone to know they intended to do business? That mystery had been partially ameliorated by the arrival of a human bearing the menus. And now they had returned, to retrieve the menus and find out what foods were desired. That made sense, it limited the influx of patrons to only a few at a time, rather than the mad dash to take advantage of such a ridiculous offer. She remained silent for a moment, likely only adding to the human waitress' consternation, as she made her decision. At first, she had been tempted to simply ask for one of everything, but she had stopped herself from going along that route. Both because that many items would take longer to prepare, and as Crius said, they just had the one table to use. So she would have to find a balance, a way to get a somewhat decent meal without taking too long. It took her a moment, but she did finally decide. The waitress was likely a bit disturbed by the near ventriloquistic aspect of her voice, it didn't seem to be coming from where her head was, but rather from her as a whole. "The insalata caprese salad, the hanger steak -very rare!-, Parmesan butter crostini, hazelnut mocha gelato, and a pitcher of cranberry juice." She had kept herself from ordering one of everything, by the simple expedient of ordering one item from each section of the menu. At least to a degree, she had covered all the different areas. Though apparently the establishment had a rather Italian angle to it's fare. She copied Crius' action, and returned the menu to the nervous human, hoping her repast wouldn't take too long to prepare. The rather disturbed waitress almost stumbled back at the odd voice that was emitted from this odd patron before her. After a pause, she jotted down what was needed on her notebook, and slowly nodded her head before replying with a standard phrase. "T-that will be right up!" She said, before moving quickly backward and almost running back to where the food was being prepared in order to place the order, and perhaps catch her breath after such an ordeal as ordering from this table. With the order being placed, all that was left was for them to wait and to get the food that was going to come to the table. Crius casually shakes his head, as he watches the waitress dash off in fear. He was actually tempted to activate his doujutu and see how the waitress was fairing now that she was in an entire other room from the two that were sitting at the table. Crius planned to keep a few minutes of silence, see how Hedoro would react to being without communication for a moment, as well as being required to await the food she was going to be given. After a few moments of wait, Crius suddenly decided to continue with his conversation once again. "Well, she was certainly a nervous human. Rather pathetic really, you would think people in this rather.. Famed, village. Would be stronger gutted then that one..." He pauses in his sentence, a vivid and yet dark green tinge from from his eyes, as the full effect of his Ultimate Doujutsu Technique came into effect, and soon one eye would be closed in order for him to use his doujutsu for a distance, and watch the female that was now puking in one of the closest bathrooms that had been to her. "She's vomiting now... I think she will be quitting after this shift of her's.. How useless." He says, with yet another chuckle coming from his lips. It seemed that he was having a rather good time tormenting this female, although he wasn't required to do all too much in this way. "Your meal shouldn't take too long, so hopefully the wait wont be all too bothersome for you.. I'm curious, after your meal. Are you planning to order more, or would that have sufficed you enough for one day?" Crius says, before leaning back slightly in his chair and awaiting for her response.

Hedoro 'watched' as the hum an scurried off, after transcribing her order to a piece of paper. Odd, that. If they already had mostly useless paper, why would the establishment need to exchange precious food for even more of the worthless paper? Sure, it was edible, she had consumed plenty of it in her time. But it didn't seem to have a particularly high nutritional value, mostly just densely woven plant fibers and a high level of ink. From the little she had learned of human cuisine, neither of those were regularly eaten. One of the great mysteries of that race of genetic throwbacks, humans. She redirected her attention to Crius when she felt the chakra build up within him. She didn't have a high degree of sensing abilities, but she knew he was using a technique of some kind. Apparently a scrying one, perhaps similar to the Frost Eye of Hidden Nano? No matter. Even as he informed her of an act the waitress was performing; which she honestly thought of as highly offensive, the ultimate act of refusing food!; she replied to his earlier comment. "Hidden Leaf is famed? For what, being an overcrowded rat's den stuffed to the rafters with living targets?" She apparently didn't have a high degree of respect for Leaf. Whether for what she could sense now, or for an earlier visit, something had happened that she hadn't cared for. Moving on, she pondered his question for a moment before making her decision. "Ordering more would be a mistake. While the business is intriguing, the fare leaves much to be desired, and the wait far too much of a test of patience. And these infernal torture devices are rather unpleasant, as well." This last was directed at her chair, she still wasn't keen on the posture she had to adapt to to remain perched on it. (318 )

“So this is Hidden Leaf huh?” Mashira asked herself as she stood in front of the gates with an amused expression on her face. “Seems boring to me. Boring, boring, boring,..” The child could only cross her arms as she muttered the last three words before making her way past the gate guards in to the city. She had heard about how great Hidden Leaf was and how it was a prime example for village of such high class in her own home town. However as she walked through the village it’s self there seemed to be something off about it. ‘ Seems too pleasant to me. Even the people around here are f-cked up looking. The way they smile as if this is the greatest place in freaken world…’ She thought while taking quick glances of people who she walked past. The smell of the village it’s self was off to her. “Ah well might as well try to find someone to teach me something here. After all if this place is as good as they say then there should be excellent fighters here,” She said while stopping in front of the ramen stand. While sniffing the scent of ramen she felt her stomach growl, forcing her body to walk inside and jump on the stool for the ramen bar. “ I want noodles with lots of meat!” Snapping at the owner as the pupils in her eyes narrowed towards the cooking meat on the stand.

As Mashira ate away happily at the meat a particular sound hit her sences, making her ears which a few times before turning her head to the left. The scene that she was welcomed to was a male screaming while rolling the ground. He seemed to be in a odd state as he was yelling about bugs. Not just a fly or a spider but thousands of insects crawling over his own body. Funny thing though, the child did not see a single insect on the crazed male. She then turned her head to see another male staring directly at the crazed one. Half of his face was hidden away from view and the upper part was covered by the shades he was wearing. ‘ He must be using a genjutsu of some kind to make that poor b*****d think there’s bugs all over him,…’ She thought before jumping off the seat and walking towards Shino. She then stopped in front of him, noticing that he was much taller than herself. “Hey, I like your style. “ She said, almost as if not caring. “I’m looking for a teacher to help me gain knowledge and all that sap stuff,... Anyways I want you to teach me what you just did top that man.”
Shino could only stare down at the child before shrugging his shoulders with a light sigh. In his many years of teaching youth he had grown use to such request. It was starting to be less annoying as the years passed by. “It’s called Bug Paranoia. It’s a genjutsu where it brings out Entomophobia in people and causes them to believe they are being swarmed with insects. “ He said while glancing down at the child in front of them. “ I want you to try to use it on me. It won’t bother me however I need to see that you can create the image of insects on myself,..”
Mashira lifted her right eyebrow as she listened to his request. She guessed it made sense however somehow it made her think that the male in front of her was slightly emotionally disturbed. She shook the thought away before placing her hands together in the basic hand sign to gather her chakra while fixing her gaze at Shino. Within a few seconds she made a few vespula Germanica wasp appear around Shino, crawling up his sleeves and up in to his glasses. She wasn’t sure why she choice such an insect however it seemed fitting at the moment.

After she got a satisfied nod from Shino the child let her hands go and fall down to her side. She felt a bit accomplished as she watched the insects disappear from Shino’s body. She had always been rather bad at genjutsu’s, besides the ones she grew up with, and now had a sense of self worth. She then glanced back up to Shino with a smug grin on her face, showing of her canine teeth to him. “So you got anything else to teach more or is that all?”
Shino gave the girl a bored look before pushing his glasses up with his left hand so they would fit nicer to his face. “I have nothing more to teach you. If you where a-part of my Clan then you would be an interesting bug user however you are not,… I do have someone who I would like you to meet though. “ He said with the same off emotion voice he used for everything it seemed. Shino then started to walk ahead of Mashira, forgetting about the man on the ground, and started to head towards the Kages building. As they got closer there seemed to be much more of Leaf’s ninja’s walking by and running towards missions and such. Shino finally stopped in front of the office, opening the door for the young girl, before shutting it after her. “You’re going to meet one of the strongest females of our village. She’s may appear very young however do not let the image fool you. She’s over ah hundred by now,” He explained before walking up the stairs to get to the floor where Lady Tsunade was.
Mashira’s face made a odd twisting expression as she got the mental image of an extremely buff female with pig tails and in nothing but a swim suit. The image made her whole body twitch in disgust before fallowing Shino up the stairs. ’ I really hope she doesn’t smell like sweat or something god awful.. My nose could not take such an act,..’ Thinking this as she rubbed her nose a few times. She then walked in to a room that seemed normal. A desk to the side and a few laying mats that where under a main table in the center of the room. It had a few cups of tea on the table along with a kettle of some kind. As she glanced around she noticed a few gorgeous blond woman looking out the window. When the woman turned towards the two who just entered, Mashira thought her heart skipped a beat. “Whao..”
“This is Lady Tsunade, the women I was telling you about.” Shino explained before giving the blond lady a bow. “I want you to train under her for a bit. If you’re good enough to train under her then you will be sent to another of my friends.” He said quickly before leaving the room.
Lady Tsunade gave a false smile towards the young girl now in her room before scanning the child in front of her. “Your chakra level is about of a chuunin, a pretty weak one at that.” She said while crossing her arms over her rather large chest. “Yet there is something underneath that weakness of yours. Maybe there is hope for you. Now I am going to start you on something extremely basic. It’s called Bruising Sky Leg. Basically all you do is kick the ground as hard as you can. If you do this correctly you would kill someone from just it. Well,..At least someone of your standard.”

’ This over chest fat b-tch is pissing me off,..’ Mashira thought as she listened to the women in front of her mock and belittle herself. Her fist where clenched however dared not to attack the large chested female in front of her. Even if she did get pissed of easily the child knew better to not mess with female ninja’s. Males where one thing but there was something always off about females. Basically to her they were all insane and not the good kind of insane either. “ I take it we should move outside for this. No offence but I would rather not learn this then big from falling threw a wooden floor. Possibly be killed by a piece of wood stabbing me..” She muttered while glancing at the wood floors before looking up to see the women point towards the window.
“Use your chakra, jump out the window and kick down using the heel of your foot, then with your other foot land by bending your knees. It should lessen the fall quiet a lot. “
“Are you crackers?!” Mashira yelled, raising her voice to make the whole building hear her. “First you make fun of me and now you want me to jump out of a ******** window? What’s next, tell me to punch myself u till I bleed so I know the pain I am giving other idiots?!”
“Just do it you annoying brat,” Tsunade said while glaring towards the young child. She always had to deal with the children who where annoying. ‘ I blame Naruto for this,.., She thought while remembering the time the young fox demon trained under her.
“Fine but if I die I will hunt you down and make you eat your favorite pillow or something near that,” She said, now showing that she had no skill at threatening people while being angry. The child then walked up to the window and climbed on the top of it, using the sides as leverage to hold on to. As she looked down she noticed a few people staring up at her, most likely thinking that she was a jumper or something near that. A small gulping sound came from her mouth before leaned her body out more. It took a few seconds before she gathered the courage to jump out of the window. When she did she only had a few seconds before gathering her chakra and getting the right foot placement. If anything where to go wrong she would either be in immense pain or dead. Her left foot was pointed to the heel was towards the ground while she was having her right leg higher. When she hit the ground her left heel plunged down, creating a large crack threw the earth. It was a mile long, form the office she was once in to one of the trees nearby.
Tsunade leaned out of the window with a smirk on her face. “ Now that you can do such a simple thing you should have no trouble raising your leg from a shorter distance!”
Mashira could only look up giving the women a disabled look. “ Your mad! How dose jumping out of a window, with shear force of gravity on my side, help me get this kick down?!” Before she could get an answer the window was closed shut making her left eye twitch a couple times. This was just another reason to add to her list of why females where bonkers.
