What? No that's B/S!
He hasn't hit the posting requirement, I had to jump through a billion bloody hoops to get my posting requirement way back when and you guys STILL wont let me have my third canon because I haven't used Inigo yet.
Why do you think Tibarn deserves rule bending when myself and other members have been equally "Involved" past and present and still had to meet requirements?

Tibarn is a Crew member that has been extensively involved in nearly every event to date, has done a great deal of work into the backstory of the canon (eg: Learanian Legends backstory thread, a lot of Sentria's history, and more), and has overall done a lot to keep this guild going properly. In short, no. I don't think this is bullshit, nor rulebending. You have two canon characters. Tibarn only had one before this request. We appreciate your concern, but kindly calm down before you make further allegations. Thank you.

You will not be allowed to claim Inigo as a third canon until you have become active again with Kieran. Previous posts will not be considered in terms of your activity with Kieran.

And for future reference, Dylan, you have switched characters so many times, and we do not appreciate it. Our system is not your throw-up bag.
Do not expect to be able to switch your characters around at any point in the near future.
