Ruby St.Claire Spritekin Ruby St.Claire Spritekin Drake moving his way through the compound, stops a moment at the medical station and stands against the wall, glancing in a moment at everything. His red haired head trying to be as stealthy as he could, he glances in a moment and spots Ruby chewing out a nurse while hugging Arch and just laughs silently to himself. Seems that some good news did show up after all and with that he turns away from the door and begins to wander, looking for a place to eat or a gaurd who could show him, which ever would come first he didnt care. As he walked by a shorter redhead came running down the hall and ran right into his leg. Aaron was pushed back and landed on the floor on his butt. He glanced up at Drake. "I was with you the whole time, kay? An' was nowhere near the plate of brownies." "Exactly" Aaron said with a nod, glad that Drake was so easily convinced.

Arch casually tilted the barrel so Ruby wasn't staring down it.
"Frohm ah grouhp ohf peohple didnah laihwke Magehs. Whehn iht 'ihts em, iht 'eahsl theh wouhnd'hn stahwrts tah draihn theiah magihck." Arch motioned to the armor. "Donnah knohwh whaht tah 'spehct, soh ah maihde suah tah buhlk uhp."

"Ahhh," Ruby said as she turned the gun around in her hands a few more times. She then softly slipped it back into its holster, with an affectionate pat on Arch's hip. "expect from what, sug?" She looked at the armor and frowned slightly. "What are you plannin?"

Spritekin The dragon man stands back up and leans himself back, tipping back on one foot and glancing into the infirmary. It would seem that Aaron's folks were pre occuipied so they probably wouldnt mind if the tyke was 'assisted' in some 'supervised' trouble making. "Your folks are busy lets go find some food and then find something fun to do in this place. Lead on little man." he says to Aaron as he pulls out of view of the infirmary again. Aaron smiled, "Kay." He started heading down the hall, moving between people and crowds at a fast speed, expecting the dragon man to keep up.

Tom Myamoto Eulalia Danae On the third day, Amanda finally woke up with a wild start. She sat up and screamed, then went into fits of shaking. It took a few minutes for her body to calm itself down. But after a while she was able to function, although she was quite exhausted. Ruby however, remained in her death state, still holding a small toy car that had been placed gently in her hand. Amanda's scream woke up Marcos with a start, He shot out of his bed and into floor in a split second. But he all the blood rushed to his head and had to sit down." What was that?" He muttered rubbing his head. I looked at the bed where Amanda was. He waited a moment for her to settle down and then got up (slowly this time) and walked over to her bed. " Hey..... You alright?" His pale eyes watched her not straying for a second. As Amanda calmed down from the shock she gave a soft nod. "I think so."

He waited for Drake, while leaning back against the seat, his arms folded behind his head. He looked like a miniature mob boss.

PhilipaMaxwell Minerva the Marvelous Minerva took the tissues, and cleaned the blood from her face. "No, nothing can rightly be done." She chuckled, "Calm down, kid, you'll have a heart attack if you keep that level of stress for long." Minerva brushed a stray lock of blond hair behind her ear. "With the war, you get used to people dying, so much that you kind of forget that death comes in other packages." "Good thing I don't fight then, huh." Skye's face instantly became a hardened mask that was impossible to read. "But the way you're talking...you make it seem like you're dying." It wasn't a statement, but it wasn't quite a question either. "My heart is pretty strong too, I'm one of the few people who will never need a defibrillator if I ever run into trouble." It was a joke she'd told her younger siblings, and her older ones, however it always had a somewhat sad tinge to it. None of them liked to think of their sibling in such a state where she'd need that sort of treatment. "We all have to fight some day, kid, that or die." Minerva stood up and away from the wall, too stubborn to lean on anything but her own strength. "And yes, I am dying. It's a fancy new disease eating away at my body, and I suppose it's not that big of a deal being I always knew I would die young, but I had hoped to go out in a fancy explosion." She let out a small chuckle. She looked at Skye carefully. "You're still young, aren't you. But by the time I was your age I had already made a few kills. Sometimes I wonder what it would have been like to just stay young."

Sahira was in the crowd when she saw Aaron run by and then Drake. She recognized Drake as the dragon-man who had attempted to help her earlier, and she followed after them. She was in need of assistance again, and hoped the dragon was still as helpful as he had been earlier.
She walked into the kitchen and lowered the hood of her cloak. She had changed in a few subtle ways since she had been killed and revived on her home planet. Her eyes glowed with a bit more gold, and there was a thin gold line around her neck. Hidden behind her cloak was also an additional gold tattoo on her lower back, but after discovering it she decided to keep it a secret. There were far too many secrets to be kept.

Minerva the Marvelous "We all have to fight some day, kid, that or die." Minerva stood up and away from the wall, too stubborn to lean on anything but her own strength. "And yes, I am dying. She let out a small chuckle. She looked at Skye carefully. "You're still young, aren't you. But by the time I was your age I had already made a few kills. Sometimes I wonder what it would have been like to just stay young." At a loss of anything proper or comforting to say, Skye settled for: "I'd hardly call 19 young. Plus, so far I've only been in one fight or die situation, and I got out of it without fighting, and as you can see I'm clearly not dead." She sounded distasteful at the idea of killing and fighting. "I didn't join this side because I wanted to kill anything or preserve anything, I joined because these guys ask the least of you, and they're the easiest to leave when they get pushy." She shrugged. "Each to their own I suppose Miss Minerva, I don't mean any offense by the things I'm telling you." the Miss was an automatic add-on, because Minerva was obviously older and stronger. Fighting isn't about being the strongest Skye, it's about being able to protect yourself and those who matter to you.Skye looked away pensively and put her hands in her pockets. "I'm just not like everyone else."
