klamachpin Valkiron Change of Venue - Who is the genjutsu cast. Does one have to make eye contact with you to allow this to happen? Invocation: Art of Paranoia - What has to happen to allow this to happen. Do you have to make eye contact or something like that? Kikuta Memory - What is the weaker mind? Those with less skill points? Change of venue: castor is the person who performs the genjutsu. Paranoia: regardless of what it says it is a basic genjustu, no need to maintain eye contact. Memory: lesser mind would be someone with a 15000sp deficit to myself.

a little in put, the kikuta eye technique sounds similar to the akasun technique, it's name escapes me currently though

Combining the Uchiha's natural affinity with the Fire element along with the powers granted to a Uchiha with a fully mastered Sharingan eye, the user will gain control of a powerful Katon jutsu with the capabilities for both Attack and Defense capabilities. Using ten wires, usually attached to a gauntlet of some sort on each hand, the user will snap the wires against each other causing sparks and alighting the wires so that they burn with a fire snow white in color and intense in it's heat and presence. These 10 wires covered in flame look snake like in fashion the heads of serpents extending slightly farther then the actual tip of the wires. Using the Sharingan granted masterful control of the wires, the user is able to attack with the flaming snakes as if they were real living things, snapping, recoiling and constantly trying to sink their fangs into the opponent. The real trump to this attack is if the user can cause the wire to connect with an opponent they can send a brief genjutsu to the person brain making them believe they not only have they been burned on the spot the wire touched, but all over there body making it incredibly hard for them to move without excruciating levels of perceived pain.

You need to explain the whole mood thing a little more. dark okami summoning - How strong is the summonned Okami... Half your total Chakra? Ryu Gekkou Lunar Blade - Cleared... Just make sure that you move though the phases like we atlked about in the OOC. Forced Release: First Gate: - I am fine with it, but I want to get a second opinion on this one before clearing it. BoRR101 oni grab no jutsu - Denied...You can not summon the tail demons. Please also put the whole technique in one post from now on. okay the summoning is half your chakra and the mood thing is kind of like this if your sad the wolf protects you by giving you a full supply of your original chakra, if your angry your chakra begins to seep out, and when you protect at all costs with massive fear and bravery you get massive chakra and strenght.(It is required that have this strenght is only used to defend the thing your defending.)

I would approved this, But if the person is able to open the gates himself he should be able to close it, Only if he has the 1st gate in his skill list.
If it's like that I approve also.

hurdy13 a little in put, the kikuta eye technique sounds similar to the akasun technique, it's name escapes me currently though Your talking about the technique that sasori used on Kabuto to keep tabs on Orrochimaru and on the Sand ninja so that he and Diedra could enter the village without dealing with the guards. Believe it or not the only reason I notice the similarities is because you pointed it out. I didn't plan for it to be like that I was just expanding on the notion that the Kikuta Gaze can cause memory loss and adding to it.

Valkiron Change of Venue- A very strong genjutsu that takes control of the senses. It makes one believe that they have been transported to a place of the caster's choice. The Caster sends a very descriptive image of the place to the persons under the genjutsu and it manifests itself within their minds. (( Required to make direct eye contact with the target to happen )) CLEAREDInvocation: Art of Paranoia- This technique allows the user to project the subject with characteristics of someone who is paranoid. Sweating, increased heart beat, shifting eyes. They are so scared that they are unable to concentrate on anything, including their opponent. CLEARED (( as a Basic Genjutsu ))Kikuta Memory- Along with all of the powers of the Kikuta eyes, they can also erase memories with use of eye contact. Along with that, in weaker minds, they are also able to create false memories. (( Weaker mind is 15,000 Skill Points less than you )) CLEAREDNotes are in red... all are cleared. hurdy13: I am guessing that you are talking about “Kenboushou Jutsu”... I think that the difference are enough when compared to the one in the Hidden Sand thread of the guild to make it different.
