Kibo glances over at the newest addition to the bar, plastering on his usual smile.
Kibo: Hey there. Care for a rum?
He pulls out a bottle of his own fine rum, branded with his own seal.
Kibo: It's much better than the rotgut they serve here.
The bartender begins to yell in protest, but is quickly silenced by a piercing glare from Kibo's red eyes.

He puts it the bottle back, taking out a wineskin of water instead.
Kibo: Pardon me, I haven't properly introduced myself. Admiral Kibo Botch, at your service.
He bows low, offering the wineskin to her.

Sunny nods and smiles shyly. "My name is... Well... You can call me Sunny" She said softly, taking a dainty sip. It was obvious she'd been raised with some nobilty by her obvious regal grace. "My father is... Well known in the Aisian seas... But I prefer to retain some anominity, if that's alright..." She said sweetly, nervously fingering one of the gold chains around her neck. While it would seem unwise to wear such fineries, Sunny had a keen sense for theives and a sharp tongue for braggarts.

Kibo: Well, welcome to Tortuga, Sunny. So, what brings you to this... lovely paradise?
He indicates the several barroom brawls, passed out drunkards, and shady business going on within just a 30 foot radius, all with a warm smirk on his face. He had noticed the nervousness in her eyes as she spoke.

She giggled at him and nodded. "I'm ship hopping until my father feels I'm worthy to carry on his name.... Or I find a swashbuckling curr that he'll approve of. By the way, I quite like your people... A lovely unwashed bunch of gents" She smiled. "Why, do you have a ship? Need a lovely deck ornament to boost morale among the mates?" She teased.

Kibo: My crew doesn't need a morale boost. You know, once people die, they act much, much happier. But living crewmates add a certain... charm to a ship.
He figured he'd give a few hints, but not reveal the whole shebang until later.

Sunny nodded somewhat seriously. "Only if they aren't brought back to Earth..." She muttered, thinking of a particularly gruesom tale her great great grandma told her. "Well, what do you need then? Because I could use a few royalties" She said. Noticing his look at her finery she blushed sheepishly. "All this is sentimental" She said, waving a hand over her accoutrements. I need some actual booty" She explained.
