Personality:
When you first look at Cres, you'll notice her bright blonde hair and stunning blue eyes, which matches the aura that surrounds this small, fragile girl. Although she is shy, she wants to enjoy life and live it to the fullest, meet lots of new people and protect them from the harms of the world. But if you truly dig down enough, you'll notice that she holds so much pain, so much horror in her life, that sometimes, you may catch her looking a little upset, but she'll quickly catch herself and cover it up.

Bio:
Before Cres was born there were two main families in her village. Her family, Night-born, ironically specialized in Light magic. They were the ones that would tend to the flowers, playfully dance in the breeze, make ringlets upon the waters surface. To put it simply, they were..good. The other family was the Swim-Eaters, who lived just on the outskirts of the village. Although there was only a handful of them, they specialized in the darker fae magic, curses and wanting to hurt others. The two were constantly fighting, both of their powers matched. When the time came, Crescent's parents were the leaders of their village, in charge of keeping the dark ones at bay.

Zalbrieth, Crescent's mother, was with child and feared for her young one. Everyone in the village loved the incoming child, giving all their cheer and love to the next in line to the thrown.

Upon hearing the news, the dark ones squirmed on the outskirts, wanting to get a taste of the child and planning on attacking. Soon. If they could just get their hands on the child, they could take over the throne. They were sick of being the outcasts, the misfits. They would take over the village.

Upon a winters night, Zalbrieth went into labor. The whole village showed up, either trying to look into the windows, to see the miracle child, or waiting outside to hear of the news. Zalbrieth screamed and screamed and before she knew it, out came a beautiful baby boy. He had hair as dark as night, just like his mother. Eyes as green as the luscious green tress that surrounded them in the forest. But he was silent, didn't cry once. Everything was quiet, everyone's eyes on Zalbrieth, watching her face. She sat there, stunned for a moment, one tear falling down her cheek before screaming out in pain once more, clutching onto the bedside, nearly ripping into the fabric.

The only sound being made was Zalbrieth's screaming.

The doctor quickly moved the boy to a nurse, ushering her to start breathing techniques on the child. Zalbrieth pushed and pushed, but no matter what, no luck.

The doors of the room burst open and there stood a Swim-Eater, his icy, red speckled eyes glowing in the dim candle light. His, long, silky hair falling behind him. His broad jaw, with a smirk angled on his lips. Guards immediately run in front of the intruder, eyes glaring and ready for combat.

"Now, now," His voice was more snake like than anything, slow and drawn out. "I come here not to harm, more to strike a deal, with our dear, dear sweet Queena and King." He took a step closer, raising his hands, showing that he had nothing, but the guards stayed rock hard still, eyes like hawks.

The King, Melvan, stepped forward from his beloved wife's side to approach the man. "What." The King snarled, glaring at the Dark One. The Swim-Eater smiled and turned his cold eyes upon the King.

"You give me the Live One and the village, and I let you live." The snake man hiss', his eyes turning into slits as he watches the Kings eyes widen with shock upon the deal.

Zalbrieth lets out another shriek, before falling back against the leaf pillows behind her, holding her hand out limply towards Melvan. The King sees this, his eyes pained. He turns back to the man, his emerald eyes glaring in complete anger. "Never."

The man laughs and claps his hands, looking straight at Zalbrieth."Soooo be it." He drags out, and with a snap of his fingers, he's gone.

King Melvan runs back to his wife's side, grabbing onto her limp hand. Zalbrieth pants, fearing that she wouldn't last much longer, but with one final push...

A child cry fills the silent night. All eyes turn towards the doctor and he slowly stands, cradling a crying baby. He smiles at the King and Queen of the village. "It's a girl," he whispers, handing the baby to King Melvan. Melvan holds onto his baby girl, tears streaming down his face. She had vivid blue eyes, which seemed like you were getting lost in her own little galaxy. This stuck him odd, as both he and his love had green, cedar eyes. He also noticed that small strings of silver hair, grew upon her head. He gasps and hugs her closer. She's been marked.

"Crescent...." Zalbrieth breaths out, a faded smile upon her face, her breathing slow. The doctors and nurses hurry the King out of the room with the child, shutting the door and doing the best they can to help their Queen.

King Melvan walks out of his huts doors, looking upon his citizens, their eyes filled to the brim with tears, his as well. He hold out Crescent, her cries sounding throughout the village, throughout the forest. "She has been marked!" King Melvan yelled, making sure all could hear. "But we will protect her. She will live. She will protect you!" The crowd was silent for a moment, taking everything in, before erupting into a roar of cheers.

Within a few days, the Queen is healing and a funeral takes place for their lost prince.

A few years forward, with the whole villages help, Crescent lives to be a solid total of 80 years old. When threatened with the Dark Ones presence, they would all take turns hiding the princess until the King and Queen had gotten rid of them, training her from time to time on useful skills she would need in life. Defense, attacking, cooking, living life to the fullest. Once they were gone, the Queen falls to the ground, she feels her life force fading. The King falls with her, but only to help his beloved up. "It's time.." Zalbrieth whispers, the King nodding.

Once Crescent returns home later that day, Zalbrieth and Melvan tell her that she has to go find the guild which protects against the dark souls in the world. She warns that they are dark people, use to hiding in the shadows, but they needed them. Zalbrieth places a hand on Crescents shoulder, moving Crescents long, snow white hair to the side, giving her a small smile. "I know your heart is weak, but your soul is strong. You need to learn from them. They can teach you more than we ever could. Seek them, join them..." A tear falls from her mothers eye and she hugs her daughter close. "We will keep them at bay until you return. Remember, we'll always be in each others hearts." Zalbrieth places her palm over Crescents chest, who had tears falling from her eyes. Crescent looked to her mother and father and clutched them closely. "Learn from the shadows," Her father said to her. "But don't lose your bright spirit."

The next day, Crescent left, not taking anything with her, believing she could live off the land. Befriending a few creatures among the way, they led her, helping her find her way.

Here she stands, hoping these people she knows nothing about will take her in and help her save her village.

"Ready or not..." Crescent whispers to herself. "Here I come." She takes a big breath and steps foot into the town that stands before her.


Ability One:
Wings of Mist
- The user calls forth upon the air around them, controlling and compacting the wind, the user creates wings.
(Breeze) - The user pushes their wings inwards, creating a strong wind in front of them.

Weakness One:
-Since made out of mist, and still learning how to control them, if anything were to pass through the makeshift wings, they would disappear.
(Flying) - The wings do not allow the user to fly, more of intimidation.

Think of it looking like real angel wings, but it's just made out of compressed air and if anything should pass through them, they would fade out, like a mist. Does not allow her to fly

Ability Two:
Glamour
(Two of a Kind) -Allows the user to create an illusion of themselves, pulling from the users own aura.
(Common Skin) -Allows the user to take on a more human form.

Weakness Two:
- Since the ability is pulling from the users own aura, it only lasts for a few minutes, enough time to let the user either escape or surprise attack.
-Upon Common Skin, a faint shimmer surrounds the user when being used. Will cancel when weak.

Ability Three:
Beast Tame
-Allows the user to create a bond with the animal of choice, allowing their souls to entwine into one, more or less.
(Heart Whisper) - The user looks into the eyes of the beast and, slowly with time, creates a bond with the animal.

Weakness Three:
-This completely depends on the animal if it is a slow process or not. It all depends on how docile or aggressive the animal is, what it's been through, and how open the beasts heart is.

This ability completely relies on the beast, how open it is. 100% success rate, but the harder the animal is, the slower the bond process is. Could take years, even.

Weapon of Choice:
Bow and Arrow, if need be. Resorts to Breeze first.
