Hikaru jogged on to the field. He was optimistic they could beat Hufflepuff. If they did win they would be in the lead. Hopefully the chasers can get a score or two in to secure the lead for when Dris would get the snitch. He streched out and would be ready by the start of game.

spaceKiki wanted this game over, and quick. Once it was done, she only had one more game until she was done humiliating herself with this whole Quidditch thing. Not the best attitude to have, but she was so done. She felt like she was holding the whole team back, and hadn't even wanted to play in the first place. Plus, she'd rather be using this time to study, believe it or not. Marrying Balder, she didn't have to worry too much about her future, but her practical side (because she did in fact have one) kept telling her that she shouldn't plan her whole future around a wedding. Alright, so maybe her da was on her arse, too. He was very convincing! As she started on her stretches, she found herself praying that Melody's experience worked in her favor.

spaceKiery raced out onto the pitch as fast as her short legs could carry her, mentally berating herself for being so late. She couldn't believe it! What if they'd started the game? What if they were playing without her?! Oh, Ahnna was going to be so cross with her! She was relieved to see that the game hadn't started yet, and fell immediately into her stretches when she reached the other teams, hoping to get warmed up at least a little before the game started.
