Tsubaki Mizuru Reservoir of Memory Tsubaki Mizuru Reservoir of Memory Tsubaki Mizuru Lol, blame jet for being overly argumentative =w= Lol, I'd be more then happy to take it off your hands >w> I would prefer that Anz had his chance at Kage, before you decided your way was better... after all someone in a Kage position should not needlessly be getting into fights to wasting time, when there are many matters of the Village to be tending too=. Keeping one subordinates under control is important to keep a military firm and proper =w= Don't call it a needless fight, besides, There wasn't much of anything needing done at the time. One's subordinates should have been trained properly in the first place not to question their superiors, and follow out of a sense of loyalty to a good, strong leader. And even if you didn't have anything to do with the other RPers, you should be writing up new missions, checking on the activity of your members, making sure you had emissaries with the other villages you were allied with, and spies keeping an eye on your enemies. There is always more to do as Kage, the moment you have time to fight you lose you position as an icon, and a symbol and simply become another ninja. I'd like to see you keep a village active -3- *waves hand* I can and I have. I was Kage of the Village Hidden in the Snow for 18 months, and I kept close tabs on my players giving them "personal assignments" when they had IRL troubles that kept them inactive, making sure the teams were all on the same time zone. I kept the missions active, and that was the biggest thing. Trust me I would not speak from inexperience...

RiGid InsaniiTy- Being Kage sucks. Too much crap to worry about. I agree 102%... that is why I didn't request a position or offer when Konoha was without one... I am quite happy playing my nice plain little Genin.

It's bad enough I gotta worry about managing the guild, but being a Kage is worse.

No being a Kage is rather easy if you are on often, but if your not then your life will only be hell.
