She grinned back at her, shaking her head as the woman walked over to the bar, "No thank you, I dont think drinking would be a good idea right now. Im finding it harder to control myself as it is." Almost immediately, she mentally kicked herself dfor sayign that outloud. Why on earth would she admit that to teh vampire elder? Playing it off, she chuckled softly, leaning back in the chair a bit more, switching her crossed legs from right on top to left of top as she ran her hand back through her hair.

*Rogue poured herself a glass of brandy. She looked over to Kerrigan and her fidgeting.* "You know that will never sate the lust that will grow inside of you until you do something you will most certainly regret....believe me, story of my...well beginning." *Rogue took a drink and stretched out her senses and feeling the raw pain almost in Kerrigan's aura that all vampires felt when not fed. She spoke mentally to a guard out the door to bring in a fresh jar of blood that was still warm. He brought it in quickly and silently and sat it on the bar before Rogue.*
"This is off your conscience...consider it a gift." *The gallon clay jug was open and the blood scent filled the air and lingered. Rogue looked to her, knowing if Kerrigan knew anything at all it would be wise to accept the gift if she wanted any sort of business dealt with. Rogue took a drag on her cigarette and continued to watch Kerrigan, her eyes of deep emerald starting to glow and flicker a bit.

Her eyes darted from the jar to Rogue, at first looking rather confused. She wasnt sure if she should accept it, or push on with business. She was hungry however, and while she was stil weighing it in her mind, she found herself standing up, andalmost reluctantly walking over to the bar. Her eyes flashed a bright green, then snapped back to bright red as she grabbed teh jar, and began chugging its contents.
As teh blood rushed over her tongue, and down her throat, she instantly felt better about everything, as she continued drinking, not even pausing until the jar was completely drained. Setting it back down on the bar, she tilted ehr head back slightly, a soft hiss escaping through her elongated fangs as she exhaled slwoly, enjoying the feeling of the renewed "life" flowing through her. Turning to Rogue, she had a different gleam in her eyes as she leaned against the counter, "Now...shall we get to business?" She brushed past the elder, her hips swaying with each step in an almost seductive way as she slid into another chair, reclining back with a fanged grin a she looked at the elder.

*Rogue had stood leaning both elbows on the bar, her hands supporting her head. Her eyes watched Kerrigan, and she took a drag here and there. Her eyes continued to flicker the bright green as Kerrigan's mood took a 180, much the effect of vampirism on the body and soul when the two are constantly fighting.
Kerrigan was no exception. She wondered if any of her hunter friends even saw it.
"Down to business I suppose." Rogue paused a moment then continued. "You were not a target....I imagine you feel as if you were on some large hitlist. I can say assuredly that you were not.
And I can say assuredly that it was no love of hunters that brought your house to the ground...as well as many others."

"What was it then? Was there another target in the building?" She tilted her head to the side as the spoke, obviously trying to make sense of what she was being told. though she would never admit it, she was slightly relieved to know that she was not on a hitlist at the moment...that was just one less thing she needed in ehr already hectic life at the moment. "I have heard rumors that it was the lycans..."

*Rogue took a drag on her cigarette, then a drink from her brandy glass.* "I can point no fingers." *She smiled slyly and shrugged.*
"And of course it was through mercenaries that the job was accomplished..it truely is the only way I know these things...these mercenaries I did not hire, but they share my very blood." *Rogue took another drink, and she was referring to her younger brother and sister...twins...changed shortly after she was. Not many knew of them, and only recently did she find that they were alive.*

"And you have no idea who hired them? Even if they were hired by a corporation or something?" she gave the woman a slightly skeptical look...it was hard to beleive that this was all that the elder knew.

*Rogue took a drag on her cigarette and looked at Kerri for a short moment and looked away.*
"Lycan's hired one, and Tainted hired another, unknowing that the influential source that encouraged the demolition was pulling strings in both races....both hired for one reason. Treachery inside the races...
And hatred for hunters." *She stopped a moment then looked directly into Kerrigan's eyes.*
"Who is left for the ultimate plan to belong to? Vampires perhaps...getting knocked off by our own kind is somewhat anti-climactic...don't you think? Vampires hunting the very life that they own and the very life they live in the dark...seems a bit backwards... Other races are not happy as well...and a little bug in the ear of elders does great things. We provide the names for the mercenaries...and they do the dirty work..not knowing they are fixing vampire problems as well as their own...
You were not to be harmed...but I see that the mercenaries did not do quite the job that I had hoped."
*She looked at her with serious eyes almost challenging her to do nothing.*
"You would not be wise to direct your anger at me."

"Jesus," she muttered softly, realizing just how big the plot seemed to shift when she heard these things. Looking Rogue straight back in her eyes Kerrigan stood up, slowly taking a few steps forwards, "Your right, those damn mercenaries did not do their job well...This is going to get every supernatural creature in New York brought in, isnt it?" Her eyes wandered to teh dance floor, going over things in her mind. So the lycans and the tainted were at war, the vampires were ar war with the lycans, and the hunters were at war with everyone. Or rather, the hunters were hated by everyone for their mix of races; an understandable thing if one were to think like the race elders. Snapping her attention back to rogue, she gave the woman a mischevious smirk, "You know me...i never do anything without thinking it through. For now, i consider our non-aggressive relationship to stand...but who knows how things will work out once this whole ******** thing starts...my first loyalty is to the hunters...as always."
Flashing the elder a fanged grin, she took a few brisk steps towards the door, "Thank you Rogue."

Sasori_Inuzuka Liz was inturupted by a man walking right infront of him, she got slightly annoyed as she raised a eyebrow and looked at him. "And you stink like a sewer, now please move out of the way" She looked him directly in the eye and practacly shoved him away from her, she then looked back at him and hissed in a low voice, "If you're looking for a fight look elsewhere...." Q let her pass. He laughed to himself. " And this will be the hard way... " Q turned and reached out to grab the vamp.

Valentine growled at the vampire, "watch it girl...I am the one looking for the fight." Looking at Q she gave him a glare, "I'll take care of her." Walking up to the girl she looked her in the eyes, Valentine's eyes glowed bright emerald green, she gave the girl a malicious smile and spoke low with the reverbriation of a growl in it, "we are the ones who stink, you smell like death and snakes." She flashed the girl a smile and then punched her square in the jaw, sending her back a few feet.

Valentine turned to Q smiling mischeviously, "lets go to the city, we are more likely to find vampires that are more...apt to fighting, these ones are too weak and can't defend worth crap." Grabbing his hand she pulled him across the dance floor and headed for the door. With out looking over her shoulder she growled back to the vampires, "if any of you have a problem with me, I will be in the city feel free to come visit me and see if you have what it takes to stand up to me." Reaching the door she kicked it open and headed out, with Q at her side.

*Rogue looked to Kerrigan with some interest in her last statement. Somehow, it did not ring true. In some senses maybe, but her grin held something more.
She imagined one day Kerrigan wanting to beat Rogue to a bloody pulp. If the hunter elders even knew that Kerrigan was here, there could be some trouble....but they were more lax, obviously..humans fought alongside lycans and vampires and demons...not caring that one of those species probably killed their whole family.
She looked to Kerrigan with the same fanged grin.* "Goodnight."
