While having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user will supply an amount of chakra equal to half the genjutsu's base cost in order to further modify the technique. The enhanced genjutsu can no longer be broken by the releasing technique [ Kai.] However, no matter what the genjutsu's description says, it can now be broken by amounts of pain scaling with the rank of the technique.
( If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [20] chakra. ) You need X amount of chakra points to modify the technique if I'm not mistaken. So said attribute will grant him the ability to modify the technique with less of a hamper on his chakra. That's all there is to it. (If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [15] chakra.)

This hasn't phased him or really affected him, though he tends to not be the center of attention as often as is possible. However, when he partakes of the sweet heavenly brew known as Sake his personality is much more open and friendly. Isamu tries not to cause trouble and would be considered a nice guy if anyone tried to see past his scary/stern/unfriendly exterior.
He grew up in a normal family, with his father being one of the 'sober-lifestyle' Oni clan and his mother was a Suiken user not from the Oni clan. He has a younger sister who wishes to follow in their father's sober footsteps and an older brother who died on a S-rank ANBU mission five or so years ago. He uses the mask mostly around the villagers and generally only removes it or lowers it to eat.
