Though he wasnt much of a good cook when it came to making food and all, but the fact that he was quite the charmer when it came to being a romeo Raiku filled the blank part pretty well for that spot. Thanks to Everest's skills in the kitchen both he and the children planned it out for the two of them to have a nice dinner together as a couple which was a rarity, however it was Senente's birthday and everything had to be the best with no sign of issues.
"It took a little time to get everything all set and done....but I tried on my own and ended up burning the first dish my first attempt and had Everest take over.....like I wanted to cause more things right? Tonight its you and me for dinner." he said rubbing the back of his head for a moment but recovered sitting back down giving her a light kiss.

At first he really didnt take much notice of the red on her fingers and though it was possibly some makeup that smeared, the thing that got him the most was the fact that it wasnt like Senente to wear any much makeup unless she was on the ice or on stage singing and took a short look. The red smear was definatly a bright red and was too bright and runny to be lipstick and got a little worried.
"Is there something wrong over there?...I see something that looks awfully close to blood on your fingers are you alright?"
All he was doing was trying to say some questions but at the same time not losing his cool doing so, so not to place her in a panic.

From hearing that small amout Raiku really never noticed the fact that she would bleed from her ear from time to time, let alone had been hurt like that long ago in their ninja days and had kept it quiet till now. Now was the time he was slowly knowing a bit more about Senente and the small secrets that came with it, though married they should tell eachother everything it was apparent that even a few things had been hidden all this time even before marriage and through their friendship. "If I had known about it then I would do anything to help you out if it causes problems, I mean that does explain why it seems you dont hear what I say but I had just figured that you just didnt hear me. I never knew you were hurt all those years ago to the point it would cause problems in the future."
Raiku wasn't mad at her at all but a little on the relief side that she had finally said something and be there a little more knowing that next time he was to talk to her to say it by her good ear. Besides that Raiku knew that she needed to be happy since the dinner was still going on so it was still going good as he was quiet about it afterwards and even helped to clean off some of the blood.
"Perhaps we can think of an herbal ointment to relieve your ear when it hurts and maybe in time make it better with constant useage and who knows, maybe it'll become less in time."
He thought of a suggestion since even though he wasnt wise with different herbs, he still knew a little from listening in during the lessons and what each would do, but now was the time to think about making her happy.

He remembered it as well on that day that long ago in that shop he was looking down at her while she looked up, it was an akward moment but as much as a boy he was and from what his parents had told him to do as respect.
"Ummm, hey there....heh, been some time."
It was a long time ago but the feeling he had back then was something to remember since a long time had passed that they were around eachother and to see a familier and changed face was something to see.

Raiku had a look of confusion but shook it off being blunt as he was
"Nothing too much just some stuff from the past when I was naive....nothing special."
It sounded dunb at first but to realize he was looking back at the girl from who he was thinking about made him happy since he went as far as actually marrying the girl crush he had as a kid and now it was a family. As the dinner went on he couldnt stop but to be affectionate to Senente sneeking in a kiss from time to time making her red in the face as she played around to try and get away, but in reality she liked it and grew confused as he had her turn around and eyes closed, what he was doing was something he had been wanting to give her a long time but with their budget tight it took time to save up for it. As Senente tried to figure it out Raiku told her to look and at that second she was stunned to see the shine of green around her neck, a chocker necklace encrusted with gold and her gem of choice Emerald.
"It took some time to get around but each yen you would give me I would save it up and even took a few odd jobs around town to pay for it but.....I knew this necklace was something like you and your pretty green eyes, my gift to you."

Raiku had been watching her for a little bit before going to sleep himself, besides the fact he had learned a secret kept hidden from him for long had been revieled, it didnt change the fact that he still loved that woman no matter what. He was just glad that Senente had came out with it and since they were both a team through life it was up to them to find a solution to either make it better and gone or just enough to solve part of it, a simple solution paste of enhacing herbs would be just the thing for her to use when her ears would start to bleed again, and the plant's juices would stop and thicken the blood that wants to come out. An hour passed before Raiku could really get to sleep himself but the fact that he was near by his woman of choice made it almost impossible to drift to bed, but later ended up doing so knowing she would be there when morning came and they woke.

"You actually thought all I do is slack around in the classroom during a lesson?....though I dont act it out I still can learn a thing or two and sometimes they become useful like right now. A few months ago you did something on blood thinners and thickners with different changes in the blood you had in beakers for the lab that day. From that I saw it was mint, arnica, gingko, and rose thorn were the best combinations to make blood not run as fast and I remembered it on the battlefield in my Anbu days, they used it on the seriously injured to keep them from bleeding out before medical help came. So I'm making up the pase for your ear when it wants to start up." It was a little odd to hear that coming from the one slacker nortorious for being a procrastinator actually being able to know something and doing it right. The smell of the mint was intense but soon was replaces from the sweet yet slightly pungent odor of the gingko's root he added making the green goop into a thick paste and placed in the jar to solidify, he really wanted to do his best as she watched as if he was a student.

It had been some time since Senente had seen Kuroi around but now a days she had to question it since most of the time she would have Yuki and even holding her, he would be in some form of sorts from the basics of a bug to even one of her toys that Senente would tell it was him since he had something distinctive to show whether it be being all black or in a fox shape, even a cookie would be iced black or be fox shaped and always by Yuki. Kuroi mainly stayed by since in a way he was bound to her from her past life and wasservant to her even as an infant as well, he had to stay by her since she was in a way like both Senente and Naruto when it came to another spirit sharing their bodies. The only difference was that Kuroi had been sleeping dormant till the time came while for the others their spirits were with them at birth, which ment that since Yuki was a baby he had to make sure his vessel was safe or end up vanishing for good without passing on to the next generation for that bloodline. Though he wasnt much of a burden at times there were times Senente wouldnt notice him but others he would make a big deal if anyone got too close.
