Since the missing nin thing in leaf, village is on high alert. Just as the village goes on high alert a lone genin shows up. We got to do what is good for the village first and foremost, being cautious makes sense.

LordTares Yea, that was going to be one of my missions with my squad, i was going to take my squad out of mist just to go get their summoning, i think you guys are getting ahead of yourselves though. @ Flurry, be quite or bring it on. So, Just out of curiosity Tores. Are we pausing the Academy stuff until the 4 current in actives get their chance to catch up?
Or... out of selfishness I ask, is it possible to move into other lessons so Varro, Rei, and Riku can move forward?

But the recruiting is a part of a great story arch that will become a central theme to the coming months I imagine. Of course the precautions currently being taken make perfect sense. So I think the Akatsuki is going to have to come up with much better strategies.
And thank you for letting us go forward, I feel like an a** now cause I posted it and looked to see you had already done it. crying
