Raiden grabs her wrist with his left hand while it was still in front of his face and holds her up leaving her feet dangling

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l  She smiled, keeping her momentum going she swung her feet up and over his arm as he held her. She held her feet together, bringing a double kick up to his head on his left side. Good thing she was so flexible.

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l She finished her flip, turning back to him just in time for the kunai to strike the ground before her feet. She smiled, proud of herself, "Well thank you. You're ok though? Wouldn't want to hurt ya too bad." She placed her hands on her hips, sticking out her tongue."Yes, thank you... I can count." She twirled on her heel, brining her leg around after she'd completed a half turn, looking away from him.

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l The kunai flew between her shoulder and her head, flying through her hair. She stopped dead in her tracks. SHe assumed they were warning shots as he wouldn't miss at such a distance.She turned on her heel, looking back at him.She made a single dog seal with her right hand as she rushed back toward him, yelling. "I haven't a thing to fight with!" She reared her fist back, going for a powerful jab to his stomach to knock the wind out of him, but there was no possible way he wouldn't dodge of block.(lol, due to a miss type. I meant to do a backwards roundhouse kick thing, lol)

→ Raiden was going to counter the attack with a punch, but before impact he moved his fist letting the attack hit him. He fell on on knee and was breathing hard. "You hit hard for a girl....you know that?" He got back up and continued to look at her. He was getting a bad feeling about something going on outside the village but for now he'll help out Katsumi.

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l Katsumi looked puzzled as she pulled her hand back. Her fist hurt alittle bit, shaking it to dull the pain.She looked off, hiding her cheeks with her hair, blushing as he complimented her strength. "Tell me... something's wrong. What is it?I mean, there was no way I should have hit you. Somthing is on your mind."(I dunno which I like more. Dark or light for speaking...)

"This is full of the basic jutsus. Try to practice while I'm gone okay? If anything just go to the library for extra scrolls." Raiden smiled and winked at Katsumi and ran off to the gates

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l Katsumi sighed as she looked at the scroll in her hand. She watched as he short lived teacher ran off to do...something or another. She unrolled it, looking at the various jutsu she'd need to begin learning. It detailed many forms of jutsu. All the academy ones that had been shown to her as well as elemental ones that more advanced students had used.There was even a section about Hyoton. It described several simple jutsu taht all hyoton users should have. She quickly understood the Freezing point, Glacier Image and Zero Grip jutsu. She smiled, pleased that she was beginning to understand her special powers. Katsumi continued, eager to learn as much as she could.
After reading the next group of jutsu she'd be learn she decided to try her hand at the least difficult and worky her way up. She looked around, making sure no one watched her. She crafted a small puddle of ice around her, just a thin layer of ice made of her chakra.She pushed her chakra through her feet, sliding about. Due to her clan powers she was able to create ice, thus allowing her to skate upon land. She dashed about the field with a stupid smile on her face, looking like she was surfing.
She skated her way to the lake's edge, where there were several log dummies. Each was about 5-6 ft tall and covered in years of knife scars and other such abuse. She jumped off her ice board, walking over to the dummy. She remembered the jutsu described in the scroll and prepared to attempt it. She flashed a quick seal, rearing her head back and then spitting at the dummy. As her spit hit the trunk it burst into a large ice crystal, freezing the top half of the trunk.She looked at it in laughable wonder, how nice was it to have deadly spit?
She concentrated on the next one, it was substantial more difficult to accomplish than the last. By forcing chakra out of her body, she could create a frigid wind to swirl around her chilling her enemies and tearing at their skin.It wasn't super deadly, but it would be fairly useful. She tightened her fists, feeling the chakra building up inside her body before she forced it out,molding it outside her body was the most difficult part. She could feel the cold around her and saw as the dummies scars were compounded. It would be alot of fun to have an icy wind whenever she wished.
Next she'd need a new kind of clone. The shadow clone was nice, but the ice clone in the scroll appealed to her alot. She formed a seal with one hand,crafting her chakra much like a normal clone. But instead she molded together her wind and water chakras to craft an icy one. In a cold puff of smoke, a clone appeared before her. It was a perfect copy of her. Katsumi looked over the clone,'My hips aren't that big,are they?' she thought to herself. The clone stood perfectly still as Katsumi pulled her kunai out. It was strange, needing to stab a copy of yourself. But, such is life. She plunged the knife into her stomach, nothing leaking out. It was actully very difficult to stab her, only managing to chip the surface of her stomach. Beneath the skin was just ice. This would destroy a normal clone, but an ice clone could take the punishment.
Katsumi thought about the next one. Where on earth would she get a block of ice she could practice her next jutsu on? Then she looked out of the corner of her eye at the clone that was beating up on the training dummy, practicing how long it could stay together and how much punishment it could dole out. Katsumi snuck up behind her , her left hand at her back and her right in a dog seal. She pressed her hand against the clone's back, reaching into her to sculpt her construct. The clone cried out,"OH GOD!!! I'M MELTING MEEEEEELTIIIIING!!!" as Katsumi pulled a sword made of ice from the area her clone had originally had a spine. She looked over the well made blade, slicing into the trunk of the dummy. The sword cut well of being made of frozen water. The genin looked down at teh now melting clone, "Uh...sorry...?" She grinned awkwardly at the clone, apologizing to herself.

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l Katsumi sat down at the beach, looking out over the lake. She'd seen the explosion at the edge of the horizon. She figured that must be where Raiden went. She just rested her chin on her knees,wishing she could help with whatever might be out that way. She sighed, always left on the outside. She hugged her knees, pulling them up a bit higher.She shook her head, no need to sit around and sob. She let go of her leg, laying on her back. Forcing chakra into her feet, she spit down at her ankles. Using her newest jutsu she encased her feet in ice.She slowly began her regiment of sit ups, working to improve her taijutsu. It was slow, but it would be worth it.

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l She allowed the ice to melt away from her ankles as she lay back on the ground, panting. She rolled back up and over herself to stand. She was getting fast at it. The bending. It was becoming easier and easier to do.She reached down, touching her toes. At one time, she'd needed to strain to touch them, but now it was as easy as just breathing.
She bent back up, pulling her arms tight behind her back and pulling them slowly, rolling her shoulders as she stretched out. She rolled her neck, relaxing herself so she could practice her taijutsu. She widened her stance, before just dropping to the ground. She was getting faster, and her splits were getting easier to accomplish. She rolled forward, pushing off the ground with her hands to flip and right herself.

Aoi darted in, and suddenly stopped. Why was she bothered to be here? She sat down, and meditated.... This, may be harder than it looked. I mean, the Nibi had prefered to make fun of her than to help her, really.... Very lazy too. Now, how to make the chakra active...

Katsumi Nagakami Student| Cloud l Hyoton l Katsumi entered the field, stretching her arms as she looked around. She noticed Aoi, but thought it best to leave her alone at the moment. She went away from her, running in place and doing a couple push ups before working out to raise her heart rate. She bent herself backwards, reaching her heels. She was trying to increase her flexibility. (5/10)
