Kohane Tsubame Academy Student | Sunagakure | Raiton | Ninjitsu Kohane blushed as the man told her she slipped up. She hadn't been paying attention to her surroundings very well today. She had been thinking about her strange encounter earlier. "Sorry, sir, didn't mean to be late." Now she was being asked to fight this man to become a genin. Kohane looked at him and was slightly intimidated. But, she was determined so she would prove she was worthy. Not that she think she could beat him. She wanted to get a closer assessment of how he would counter attack. She ran at him in two steps and produced two lightning clones. two of the Kohane's ran to either of his flanks while one attacked from the front. Zaichi's calculating eyes kept track of the movements, and as the frontal clone attacked, he simply dodged to the side, and stepped forward, now switching spots with the clones. Now, the clones and Kohane were lined up again, and Zaichi was standing in the same way. All that was accomplished was the switching of spots. "You will have to utilize the clones better than that, Tsubame-san." Zaichi said, willing the girl to attack once more.
"Whaddaya want now?"

Kohane Tsubame Academy Student | Sunagakure | Raiton | NinjitsuThe front kohane contined past Zaichi as he dodged. As the kohane and her clones almost met up to line up again, one of the Kohane's thought quickly and side steped away from the group and ran back towards Zaichi, this time unsheathing a sword at the same time. The other two kohane's paused sligtly to let the other begin the next attack. figures he'd be able to dodge an attack like that. kohane thought to herself. The attacking kohane swung her sword at Zaichi, and another began running towards him unsheathing her sword as well. A Zaichi stepped out of the way of the first attack, the second clone was there to attack him again quickly, hopefully leaving little time to react to the two attacks. As this happened, Kohane also had sword in hand and had charged it with an electrical current. She watched the others to find the right time for her to attack. Zaichi was obviously a man of grace. The first sword attack was dodged by a side-step, and the next parried with a quick draw of his blade. The blade entered its sheath once more. Zaichi was toying with Kohane, seeing how she did under different circumstances. Soon, he'd turn to the offensive, and see if she could use her skills to dodge.
"Whaddaya want now?"

Kohane Tsubame Academy Student | Sunagakure | Raiton | Ninjitsu Kohane, could really appreciate the skills and experience of a master. She didn't let herself get frustrated as he dodge her moves. She just kept her brain going, figuring out what she could do next with what little she had. As Zaichi parried off the second clones sword and sheathed his own again, Kohane ran in with an attack of ther own charged sword. One clone took a step back as the other recovered it'self from the parry and started stepping it's way behind Zaichi. She had timed her attack correctly, much to Zaichi's approval. Good thing he was fast. He removed his blade in a matter of a moment, and blocked her attack. Now it was time to press forth. Rather than waiting for her to attack again. He sent out a simple thrust towards her abdomen. Kohane would do well to dodge, else she'd get acquainted with her insides.
"Whaddaya want now?"

Aeden thought for a second, then nodded. "Time to teach you something Academies don't. Make a clone and have it tag along. When it's done, you can talk to it and have it teach you what it learned. Really handy trick." He got down on a knee to her eye level. "There's a reason I got you and Aya working together. You two have a level of potential unlike anything I've seen before. Aya does everything on her own, and probably always has. Don't hold that against her. You also need to open up to her. You two together could give a Village a run for its money."
He patted her on the head, then stood up straight, then turned to follow Jade. "Fine, but if you start growing green and angry, I'm drawing the line." He grinned, winked at Sora, then headed off with his bare hand in his pocket. Once he got to Kay, his grin vanished, replaced with an emotionless stare. Now he was in 'Medic Mode'. "Broken third and fifth ribs, cracked second and forth--" His head shook. That's right, he had an audience. The grin returned with a small smile as he remembered Sora would be observing. "Sorry Kay, gonna use you for my student. Ok, notice the size of the bruise on his chest. It was made by something apparently small, but that also means it could be quick. That means precision striking. The area of impact is small, but hard." He pointed at the skin above the third rib. "The bruise here is much darker, as with the area above the fifth. It's safe to assume that the skeleton below those areas are broken. It's also safe to assume that the areas lighter than these two, but darker than the rest, has a crack or cracks in the skeleton. We can also assume that there's no hidden meanings for his state, such as poisons, because the wounds are visible, his body temperature is normal, and his skin tone is normal. So, first thing's first. Gotta fix that. Internal injuries come before anything else." He then gently rolled Kay on his side. "There're pieces of rock in his back. None are deep, but they need to be removed."
He then stepped back and motioned to Sora. "I wanna see what you can do when the set up is real life. I taught you everything you need to know." He'd go over and give Kay a professional run over, but for now, field experience is the best kind of experience for someone in Aeden's field.

The warp back hadn't changed much about him back to the way it was, except his eyes were colorless again. He lay with his eyes closed, listening out in the room at all the people who weren't injured. But before long the pain had settled in again... which meant he would cover his ears tightly and pass out again. In his dream, he was confronted by something small, a little devil perhaps, that grabbed his hand, his body clad in a suit, and pulled him over to a chair atop some stairs. Bowing to the king of his subconcious, the devil wanted him to sit, and so he did. "You took quite the hit Kay," the little devil, sounding like a forty year old smoker, said to him. "Who are you?" Kay asked the little devil residing in his body. The monster grinned, and hopped upon his armrest. "I am, of course, you! The little voice in your head that so many claim to have. You feeling okay enough to walk with me?" Kay nodded, feeling no pain here in this dream and walked with the figure of his imagination. It lead him to a piano, a grand kind of piano that had an indiscreet, betraying feel to it that Kay didn't like. "You play yes?" it asked him. The demon grinned as he stared up at him. Kay nodded. Though blind, he knew where each Key was and the sounds of an authentic piano was his favorite. When the demon held out an inviting hand, Kay refused. "Why not?" it asked hopping on the chair in front of Kay. Kay stepped back. The devil saw that he had picked a bad time. "Fine, maybe next time. See ya around kid," he said as Kay was awakened by Aeden's apology.
He saw that Aeden was staring at least towards him, and that girl Sora was in the room as well, he could feel her aura after all. He opened his mouth but stopped, remembering speaking would be painful, and then he opted for something else. Without speaking, he used the frequencies and vibrations of the sound of Aeden's own voice to make sounds that only he and Sora could pick up. "Yeah fine but don't hurt me too much," he would say almost telepathically to them both. Hearing his own diagnostic, the beaten otosan grunted a little as he thought about the mistake of summoning the imp king. He could feel that Aeden was being gentle, but when he was turned he cried out in pain. Even though it was low and weak, he knew it would serve as a good message to them both.

Sora was confused on the clone part. A clone wouldn't have as much chakra as the original. Actually, a clone would prove nearly inefficient in such a situation. So, Sora just tagged along. She understood her partnership with Aya. Since the girl had a strong physical build, Sora could only assume that she was a natural-born leader. She didn't have a problem with that. Sora wasn't the incredibly athletic type. She enjoyed hanging in the background, doing what she could from behind the scenes. She was a medic. Her job was support. But still, she didn't think that Aya would ever open up to her and let her in. She would always be standing outside the door. The door would always be locked to her. She knew that. And already, Sora accepted that fact.
When Sora saw the boy, her eyes widened slightly with realization. It was Kay. The boy from earlier that kept on bursting in on her training sessions with Zane. She knew him well enough... but not really. She had met him once in the medical center when he had brought David in after the Cloverfield attack. Ahh, the dreaded attack. Sora remembered that day well.
Aeden's request for her to perform on Kay scared Sora for some strange reason. What if she screwed up? She could kill Kay. She didn't want to be blamed for the assassin's flaws if he came out of the operation scathed. "Uh... " she said quietly, not sure what to say. She couldn't turn down a direct order, could she? "Of course..." she finally whispered before she began channeling chakra into her palms.
First things first... the bones. "Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui," Sora whispered quietly as her chakra began to channel into the boy's body. She could feel it, the warmth that was engulfing the boy's chest. She could feel his bones being pushed back together. She could feel the calcium rebuilding, the peristalsis stretching over the bone to fuse it together once again. All of the cracks were refilled with compact and spongy bone while the bone fragments inside his body were incinerated by the chakra. They were unnecessary anyway. Each rib took at least five minutes each due to Sora's lack of chakra. Sure, she had the finesse and the control, but the process still took a long time for her. Oh, how she wished she was Zane at that moment. Zane could've healed Kay in a matter of seconds. Once she was done with that, she used the blood coagulant to cease the bleeding caused by the severed blood vessels around the ribs. After all, internal bleeding wasn't a very healthy thing. The bleeding ceased, but the blood remained. There was nothing Sora could really do about that, was there?
Quickly, Sora flipped Kay over and gently placed him on his stomach. She had heard his cry earlier, so she was kind about her movements. But she had healed the broken ribs, so the pain would be decreased dramatically. The rocks. What a problem... "Tekishutsu (Extraction)," Sora said quietly as her hands began to glow again. Dr. Lothar had taught her this trick back when she was still in the Academy. She knew this move like the back of her hand... it would only take her a minute to get all the rocks out of his back.
True to her word, Sora had all the rocks removed in under a minute. Once she was done she turned toward Aeden, sweat forming on her forehead. Using her sleeve she wiped it off, not really sure whether or not to be proud of herself. Then, after thinking for a little while, Sora's hands quickly found the boy's rib cage again as she began to channel more chakra into his chest. She was numbing everything, just to keep to the safe side. It wasn't really worth the boy waking up just to not be able to move very well due to the pain.

He could feel that Sora wasn't as confident as Kay would have wanted, but he said nothing, opting for silence in order to not put anymore pressure on the girl. Regardless of all the fear they both were hiding, he had faith in his medic, and braced for what was to come. When he heard the jutsu, he remembered that Zane had done the same once when he had broken his wrist after Etsushi had smacked his hand into Akura's face on Nagi island. The chakra flooded into him in a none invasive or pathogenic way. As the bones were set into place and things were burned away, he couldn't help but cringe and grunt a little. But he could feel things were coming together correctly, and as such he smiled as the technique ended.
When she rolled him over this time he made no sound of pain, and instead spoke without speaking to Sora again. "Wow, you certainly do have magic fingers, Sora. Good to know I'm in capable hands," he said thankfully. The procedure to take out the rocks wasn't a very painful one, but it still felt wierd. When her hands found his rib cage again, they felt nice, gentle, well for the few seconds they did feel anyway. When the numbing came and she was finished, Kay wasn't hesitant about standing up and stretching just a little to the left and right. "Good as new," he said gladly to Sora andAeden.

Really handy trick."Why are you promoting breaking rules? There are very few types of clones capable of transferring memories, none of which a genin is capable of learning. A clone only has that ability if it is specified in the jutsu description. If not, it doesn't.

Jade was carefully scrutinizing every detail about the procedure. Sora had seemed hesitant and nervous, but pushed it aside, and did the job. Not only that, she went a step further in order to comfort Kay. A smile touched her face, and her hand was placed on Sora's shoulder. "That was a job well done. I'm proud to see my shinobi and kunoichi actually learning, and being able to apply it to real life situations." Jade went over to Kay, checking out his physical appearance, in order to see if he was ready to move. "Please continue training and growing." She placed her hand upon Kay's shoulder, and gave Sora a certain look, a barely noticeable dip of the head, and a smile. Aeden was winked at, and hopefully only he noticed it. Jade was momentarily surrounded by a golden aura, and then off they went in a puff of smoke.

(Heh, I liked how you said that Jwlz.) Kohane Tsubame Academy Student | Sunagakure | Raiton | Ninjitsu Kohane jumped back after Zaichi had blocked her attack and was already in motion for her next swing. As she ran forward Zaichi thrust his sword towards her. She had little time to just jump out of the way. She wouldn't even be able to change direction that quickly. Kohane thought quickly. She stabbed her sword into the ground, discharging her electrical charge she was going to use, and held on the the hilt of her sword. She used her momentum the swing to the side as Zaichi's sword slid right by her side, barely missing. Kohane could almost feel an adrenaline rush. "Phew, that was close." But Zaichi wasn't giving her time to recover as he continued his attacks. Kohane concentrated on dodging his attacks. While she was keeping Zaichi distracted, the two clones jumped in for another attack. One attacking from behind and the other coming from the side. The coming from the side swung her blade right at Zaichi's blade to push it out of it's direct course to Kohane's side.
