Kouchi was about to agree with Hecate once again when the face of the woman appeared in his mind.
I don't know her...but why do I feel compelled to find out more about her?
He shook his head to clear it before looking back over at Chan. "I would like to know more about why you are going to the desert before I make up my own mind."

She nodded, looking down. 'Damn...' She pushed her nails into the skin of her leg. She pulled her cape around her again, trying to shield her skimpy clad body.

Kouchi had made up his mind. he wanted to find out more about this woman and all of Chan's friends for that matter. And who knew? Maybe he'd find the answers he was looking for in the desert...
"I would be honored to help you and your friends slay whatever beast may be causing troubles out upon the sands." He bowed low.
