((Just got back from dinner at Spago. YAY.))
"Fine, fine." Z said making a pout even though he let the issue go. He got in the vehicle and yawned. "Let's go slowpokes." He wanted to get on his first mission immediately.

Anatoly got in the passenger seat. "Wilde, I have no idea where we're going, so you drive."

"No s**t, genius," Wilde said as he started the car. Once Mike was in, they took off. Wilde threw some papers at each of them. "Mission specs." It was written in Stark's scrawling handwriting.
Military has gotten their hands on a rare Mysticker. Site: Dig site south of town. Stone quarry. Target: Golden Sticker. Steel case. Setbacks: High level of military guard. Several heavy artillery emplacements. They don't want to let this Sticker go. Don't ******** this up, rookies. -Stark.

Z almost laughed out loud once he had read the mission details. "If this Stark fellow, dramatic name by the way, doesn't want us to mess it up why send the rookies?" He asked but he knew the probable answers.

"I'm with you," Wilde said. "And he...has high hopes for this particular group." Wilde did not allow his eyes to move to Anatoly.

((Yes, Nathan did something!
And I never said I agreed, I just said it was a wonderful comeback.))

"Oh, great. Military again. What the ******** are they doing at a quarry?" Anatoly grumbled.

((Oh. What did he do? No, a wonderful comeback would have been, "YERMOM doesn't count."))
"You don't get to ask ******** questions!" Wilde growled. "Just do it, rookie." He got a particular pleasure out of calling Anatoly that, more than the other two.

(Thanks for the welcome, and sorry for the lack of posting. Holidays. x.x )
Anna puffed out her cheeks and blew some hair out of her face before suddenly running at Crash while simultaniously tracing her shield mysticker and bubbling her shield out. Even if her bubble popped, Anna hoped to at the very least distract Crash enough for Nathan to get another hit in.

Z thought for a moment. Stark had never met him so he clearly wasn't part of the equation so it had to be one of the other two or both of them. Even without a look on Wilde's part he could tell that it was probably Anatoly. At least a 70% chance. He was just that type of guy.

Anatoly looked over at Wilde. "Oh, I'll do it. But seriously. Military at a quarry doesn't make sense."

Wilde grumbled to himself and continued to drive. Anatoly got a feeling that something was not being told to them; he also got the feeling that asking would be pushing it.

"Yeah!" Wilde said, a bit too loud and a bit too quickly. He took a turn just a tad too hard to cover it up.

"Fair enough," Anatoly replied, dropping the issue. Deciding to give Wilde a way out, he added, "How far are we?"
