Fauve quickly washed herself in the warm water, this was definately a plus, she didn't much like cold water. She glanced over at Kasai laying on his jacket and suddenly felt horrible. He had fought Cern for her, he had gotten hurt because he was afraid of losing her. The smile that creased her eyes she couldn't help. She crawled out of the water and got back into her dress, moving over next to him she layed down and put an arm around him curling up next to him. It wasn't as cold here, the warm water must warm the air as well. She shivered a little bit and shut her eyes. The events of the evening finally weighing on her enough that she could shut her eyes.

Merci nodded and said "if you want I can put them up, Ashirha still lives here and the girl has the curiousity of a kitten. I find that leaving anything that can make any sort of 'boom' should probably be stored well out of site." Merci moved over and helped Cinder out of the shoulder harness, with the skill of someone obviously used to wearing one. She settled back and tilted her head, a small yawn escaped her. "I've been a recluse lately, but the safety of my house is something I've been craving. I needed a break from the worry..." Merci trailed off glancing at Cinder.. She wondered if the other guardian felt the same way, sometimes she felt so alone here...

Merci let out a grin, she held up her glass and tinked it against Cinder's. "They're both alright?" Merci reached out a mental finger to her daughter..

Fauve kept her eyes shut and felt content, truely content for the first time since those memories came crashing through her mind. Feeling her guardian's probe she returned 'Merci I'm alright, I'm with Kasai. We'll probably be back in the morning, I really don't want to move him right now.'

The guardian leaned back next to Cinder and looked down at her glass tossing it back like a sailor. "I'm surprised Fauve didn't drive me to drink earlier.." She joked lightly, "I'm just glad she has someone else to help watch over her now, she's a handful. What happened with Cern?" Merci hadn't known the boy was back, she was actually happy though, Fauve had missed the earth mask, and it was bound to lighten things up around here.

Fauve sighed happily and muttered 'Goodnight Kasai.. please sleep, I want to know your resting...'

Merci slipped an arm around Cinder and leaned back so they were both comfortable.. she shut her eyes and though back to the days when men would have fought over her and grinned. "That must have been a sight, two of them fighting. Fauve probably instigated it, it wouldn't surprise me, the little troublemaker" She said that affectionately though. "We'll drag the story out of them later..." She felt herself yawning, one of the effects alcohol had on her was making her tired. She squeezed Cinder gently and halfway shut her eyes. "at least their both safe..."

Fauve felt herself drift off to sleep, happy and content that Kasai would rest well, even if it wasn't the most comfortable place to sleep.

It was still night, but the hours were rapidly approaching morning as Io came out of the house, a pack over her shoulder, her weapon in hand. She was ready to do it. And if they weren't there... well, she would figure out a way to get past the Rade on her own... Maybe. It might take more power then she was willing to spare, though.

She headed towards the woods, pausing and staring up at the sky, loving the feel of the breeze against her face. She needed to help them regain their memories. If only for the simple pleasures of feeling and seeing their own faces. Even if it didn't solve any of the other problems.

Then she waited, wondering if they would see her, or even look for her. And if she minded either way.

The sun shot through the trees and poured over Kasai's face. Blinking into wakefulness she shook his head, before he was fully wake he paniced slightly when he realized his arm wasn't there! Then looking over he sees Fauve curled up on his arm, remembering talking to her last night he smiles. With his arm that was not asleep he brushes her hair away from her face gently. Fauve? Fauve sweets, we should get up, then laughing slightly, we should get up before our guardians come barging into the clearing to find us. Kasai then started to move so that he could sit up as he did he winced. His side was killing him, it felt like...well like he had been hit with a hammer. Which he had been so he decided it couldn't be that bad. Once sitting up he got the white spots again, apparently Cern had gotten him in the face as well, since he could feel his jaw swelling. Kasai leaned over and rubbed Fauve's shoulder to make sure she was awake.

Cin woke up, her mouth tasted like something had died in it. Groaning slightly she turned and got a mouthfull of fur, blinking Cin was now fully awake and realized she had part of a fox ear in her mouth. Sitting up a bit dizzy from the night before she sees that she had fallen asleep on Merci`. Cin gets off of the couch quickly, apparently the rum last night had been a very bad idea. She was considering walking out the door, but she needed to find her pistol, the gun had been with her a long time. That thought in mind Cin starts looking around the house.

seeing no one comming up on him he decided it was time to continue on. he walked to the lake and stripped down leaving his blades one the shore and walked into he lake. he winced as the water flowed over his wounds. he scrubbed himself with soft sand wincing as he did that, but it was a good way to get clean. after a few minutes he came back to the shore and took his blades out of thier sheath's. he sighed and looked at them. they were still crusted in blood from the battle with the "rade". he took them into the water and scrubbed them with sand untill they shawn once more. they were adimantite and un scratchable, undullable and extremely sharp. he still marveled at these fine weapons. he then began cleaning his shorts. once this was done he clambered out and wandered off to get fire wood. he took the filint and tineder from his belt pouch and had a fire going in no time. he took another stick he had broought and skewered the meat from the rade and began roasting it over the fire. he began to wrap his wounds noteing how they were already healing a little bit. water had always helped his regenerative capabilities. he bandaged his wounds, save for his head. by the time this was done, the sun had begun to rise. he took the meat and began eating hungrilly. he sat, naked by the fire and stared at the lake as the sun began to rise, his tail swishing back and forth.

Io noticed both before they noticed her. Of course, she was the dark element and could see in it, but it was still slightly surprising. She had made no pains to hide herself. She stretched, then headed for Nika, crouching down beside him for just a moment. A slight smile pulled at her lips as she realized what a cute teenager he had been.

Then she sat, down, a thought almost forcing her to. What if... what if getting his mask off sent him back to his original age? She gulped, wondering how that would affect him. But--but she wasn't her original age, she told herself, forcing her heartbeat to calm. She was a good three or four years younger still. So her father... hopefully... would be safe.

Well, from that anyways. Right now was the most dangerous time, what with Lyra somewhere with Sei, most likely maskless even as they spoke. She sighed, gently reaching out and moving Nika's hair out of his face, wondering if he would wake.
