UGGG!!! stressed Most of the dragons and eggs on the previous page aren't even emergencies.
READ THE RULES... 2 DAYS OR LESS FOR THIS THREAD.
I am tired of coming on here to help the true emergencies and clicking on ones that have 5 and 6 days. Those are not emerencies. "bangs head on wall"
I need to be a mod for this section just to delete your post. xd

Avatar Iroh, that's 4.6 days, XAkatsukixRinnoX yours have 5 & 6 days left, and even Lazykittenmoon, those have 3.7 days left. Henrylkr, your egg may only have a few views but is at 5.91 days, I personally don't even start posting my eggs until they're below the 6.0 mark.
What part of 2 days or less is it y'all don't understand?
I am going to start blocking people here real soon if this continues, and I hope the other regulars in this thread will do so as well. Maybe knowing your *real* emergencies will no longer be seen will help stop this spam.
(the few real emergencies have been added to the hatchery)

I sent a PM to Lokumun to see if we can get a mod just for this section. It has gotten sooo out of hand here as of late. I also asked if we can get the Emerency Thread stickied so that it doesn't get lost between all the stupid post any more.

That'd be cool! The other threads haven't been bugging me so much since I have the emergency thread bookmarked, and don't have to go through the forum, but it has been getting out of hand too. I don't know why; there used to be a mod closing all those extra threads & also keeping an eye on abuse here and in the regular eggspam thread (like people posting multiple times on a page etc). The past few weeks it seems the mod(s) have disappeared; at first I thought the mod for this section was simply on vacation, it being summer after all, but it has been quite a few weeks... either it's a quite long vacation (lucky mod! biggrin ) or something else has happened why they aren't doing anything about the clicking/eggspam section any more.

I have to agree with Sheriam and Serene on the spillover of regular eggspam into this topic. I understand that many of you are panicking and three days seems like a very long time to wait, but really, you'll get more unique views posting in the regular eggspam topic and the Sanctuary. If you just have to do something more, spam the Million Page Thread, join Yarolds and Hydra, but above all remember that you won't get more than cracking and holes before 3.5 days no matter how many views and clicks you get.
In other news:
TJ is moving the cave to the new server. He's already to the point of transferring the backup; doesn't look like it'll take too long, if all goes smoothly. I'd guess 3-4 hours if he has a decent speed on the transfer connection unless I'm grossly underestimating the size of the database.
There will be a credit for time lost. In the meantime, I've taken my nursery/hatchery off the link exchanges and suggest anyone else using them do the same.

Picked this poor little one up yesterday with only 1.73 days left and almost nothing for stats except almost 300 overall views - with the extra day given for rescuing an abandoned managed to get it to start cracking. It's back down to 1.97 days now so I'm posting it in here to hopefully give it a bit of a boost.
