Personally I don't see it I mean the question is whether or not its immoral or moral. It could still be morally acceptable even if it is a choice, depending on one's personal beliefs. The two options aren't mutually exclusive.

Pyrotechnic Oracle sachiko_sohma ( no 100% freedom of speach) Not any more. Saying that the church can talk about polotics is abridging the right to freedom of speech. Not ebing aloud to say a pryer in house meeting is a freedom of speech. Takcing down the ten comandments in school and in court was an infringement of freedom of speech. 'but we did it so no one will get offended' strange, last I checked, the christian comunity and many non christians were deeply offended. 'Oh...well they don't count' stare And now (sorry Mcphee) you can't speak out agianst the homosexual community in any way they might find offensive... And then there are a number of diffrent things. Yeah...this country is heading head first for a huge pile of horse s**t, and their ain't no stopping.
Please, taking down the Ten Commandments is not imposing on freedom of speech it's not forcing a specific religion into a public place. I for one want nothing to do with Christianity in my school, just like I'm sure if people went and put up a prayer to the Old Crone you would be pretty pissed.
You guys get offended because to you your religion is the be all and end all, and whatever I can live with that. If that's what floats your boat I really don't care what you believe, but I will NOT deal with having YOUR religion shoved down MY throat, even in the most subtle of ways.
As for the homosexuality thing, the only time it's been shut down is when it's hate speech. Not when people are like "I don't agree with their actions but I love the people themselves."
Also simply because McPhee is the most out spoken about his sexuality doesn't mean he's the only openly gay/bisexual person in this guild.

Christmas is going to be interesting for me, my sis is coming in from arizona, and all my siblings and thier families are coming to have a big christmas party. Its going to be interesting to say the least.
