I'm getting braver. "Note to self: Sun equal evil," He groaned as he looked up then squinted, half blind for a few seconds. He was heading to the pound. Dogs there would like a run around, and he was permitted to walk them at times. As he walked down the sidewalk with downcast eyes, he wondered if he could lose Icarus if the boy was actually out looking for him. He paused in step for a second then nodded and looked behind him for the boy. After a quick scan of everyone around him he shrugged and continued on his 'merry' way. Amerlie nodded. At least he had the concept of shapes. But te painting really was transforming into something an eight year old would do. She smiled, laughing inwardly at her thoughts. "That's good. Here, I'll paint in the head. It's a bit tricky." She formed a pretty lame representation of a dog's muzzle, fornwing at how it come out before shrugging. She swished her brush around in the water cup before reaching for her black paint. There was a tiny paint cup of it, not nearly as big as the rest of them, in her bag somehwere. "I was never good at animals. Sue me." She straighten up empty handed. Must have left it home. . .
"What to do...what to do?"
Taking another look around, he stepped out of the shade and into the sun. His blonde hair had highlights from the sun and it seemed to have a healthy glow to it as it swayed slightly in the light breeze. He looked up at the sky and started to walk while watching the clouds slowly move through the clear blue sky. Icarus was heading for the school though he didn't know it because he wasn't paying much attention to where he was going. One of his old teachers still worked there and he had been wanting to see them especialy since he was going to come in and help with the class on monday for atleast an hour.---- Neruphial watched as Amerlie drew the head of the dog, it was rather good since the dog kept moving its head or twitching its ears. ow was she able to draw something that was moving so noticabley?! He wanted to know but guessed he would find out as she taught him all that she could, the best that she could.
"What were you after?"
The vampire stared down at her with curiosity. If Amerlie remembered, Neruphial was a vampire and vampires could run rather fast so if she needed something he would be able to go get it...almost like a dog but he'd only do it if he wanted to. Tilting his head, he examined the picture that they were making. It looks pretty good but If Amerlie was doing it by herself then it would look alot better...

Mitsuki waited for his parents to answer his question, he growled. "What? What is it.......spit it out." He demanded as he waited after a few sips of coffee from the two. "You see....we were planning to leave tomorrow...." his father finally spoke to his son. He sat there blinking and then said, "You WERE, but what's keeping you from doing that?" He watched his mother shift uncomfortably, "We....are worried about you....about school....then you in the hospital....and then..." she glanced over at Nova, then back again. "All I'm saying is--"
"Ah, I see.....you think there is something wrong with me because I'm in love with Nova." He stood up and glared at his parents as he guessed right. He grabbed Nova's arm and guided him out, "Come on Nova....lets go.."

Nova looked between the people speaking. Well, he wanted them to talk, but he did not want them to begin an arguement. And, why was he always the center of their problems? How come Mitsuki's parents could not just live with the fact that the two were happy together? He felt his arm tugged on, and then he found himself being pulled away by Mitsuki. His eyes widened as he looked back at the human's parents. He would have waved, but he too did not like them very much. They all could have had a nice morning together, but they went and ruined it. Nova looked back to his beloved human and took his hand in his own. "Sorry everything happened like that," he mumbled.

Armand waltzed down the street, finally finding the sun of hot and stepping into the shade. The pound came into view, and he smiled sadly. It would have been nice to adopt a dog but it would have been the first thing to die to satsify his raving thrist. The vampire shrugged inwardly. Now he had Icarus for the job, and to counteract that the human could have his own life and would still be alive.
"Don't know why I even think about walking around with the feeding bag in the first place," He muttered dismally as he pushed open the doors and headed down the rows of cats and dogs. There was a monkey ther eas well for some reason. Armand raised an eyebrow then shook his head and strode over to the counter.
"Hello Mr.Rahaman. I've come to walk a few dogs."
A crinkled old man came out from in a room behind the counter.
"Oh, hey there Mr.Romano. Yes, there are some restless ones in here that you can take for a walk. Are they going to run off on you again?"
The last time Armand had walked the dogs, he had quenched his thrist on a small mangy poddle. Armand shook his head.
"No sir. I won't let them."

Amerlie looked puzzled.
"After. . . ? Oh - the black paint. But I don't really need it. I can just mix up random colours. . ."
And that is what she proceeded to do. After mixing the paint, she handed it to Neruphial so he could paint on the nose and the eyes then she glanced up at the dog. The dog was so annoying! It kept moving and no it was scratching at its head with its paw. Amerlie's face dropped.
"Oh. . . ! Silly dog," She goraned while washing off her brush. "Doesn't matter. Hopefully he'll lie down in a while."
The girl looked across at the vampire with a smile.
"I'm hungry? Are you hungr-?" She stopped in mid sentence, remembering that the man wasn't exactly human. "Um, sorry. I almost forgot."

Mitsuki shrugged at the other, "It's not your fault. My parents are just fools that can't accept the fact that I like another guy." He shook his head and looked over at Nova, "Come on....let's go somewhere were we can feed you." He looked around to find a place for Nova to eat. He finally thought of a place, the maze in the park. Nobody ever goes there anymore, Nova could feed there. He pulled the other along as they got closer to the park.

Nova hugged Mitsuki and shut his eyes. "Who needs them then, right?" he asked, looking around. He sniffed the air slightly, his eyes widening. The sweet scent of roses was in the air, but where? He looked around frantically. But, the scent was coming from Mitsuki. He had to make sure not to bite the other while they could still be in the open. "Hey, where are we going? Your blood smells like roses...It's tempting me," he mumbled.

Mitsuki smiled and chuckled at the other, "We are going tot the park. I'm going to feed you in the maze where nobody ever goes." He pulled the other faster as he got to the maze. When the finally got far enough, he turned and hugged the other close, "Hungry? Go right ahead and feed." He nuzzled against the other and exposed his neck to him.

Nova warmed up in Mitsuki's hold as he kissed the other's neck gently. He opened his mouth and pierced the human's flesh, taking in the warm, sweet blood happily. His skin warmed up like other times he drank from Mitsuki. He was finished within a few minutes, mostly just licking the wound and cleaning it. Nova shut his eyes and grinned happily. Looking at Mitsuki, the vampire shut his eyes. "Ahh...Thank you, Mitsuki," he said and hugged his human. "I don't take much blood from you, do I?" he asked curiously as he wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and grinned. He wiped off Mitsuki's neck and stared at it. The other was perfect...

Mitsuki smiled and nuzzled against the other. It didn't hurt anymore when Nova bit his neck. He sighed, "To be honest, I think you don't drink enough." He patted the other's back as he started to walk along the maze. He used to come here when he was young, it was a nice place to be when alone.

Nova made a face and looked at Mitsuki walk off. "You mean you want me to drink more? I'm afraid I might drink too much," he confessed. He really was. So, he was almost starving because he feared taking too much of his human's blood. The vampire followed behind Mitsuki until he huffed and jumped at the other's back, knocking him over playfully and looking down at him. He giggled softly and rolled over on to the ground, looking over at the other. "I'll drink more if it'll make you feel better," he said, moving towards his human and hugging him. "You said no one comes here often. We can play." He giggled again and kissed the other's neck softly before moving up to his lips.

Mitsuki's eyes widen when he was knocked down by Nova. He laughed as he watched the other roll, "I think you don't drink enough, so in a way I want you to drink more...." He sat up and kissed the other in the lips. "Okay....what do you want to play?" he asked if he was actually paying attention that sentence Nova said might have come off as an invited, but he was too tied to think or worry about stuff like that.

Nova frowned and rolled away, sitting up and looking at the other. "Play, Mitsuki, play. Goodness," he muttered and shook his head, looking at the other. The vampire crawled over to the human and sat on his stomach, putting his hands on his shoulders and huffing. "You don't want to play with me, Mitsuki?" he asked and leaned down to kiss the other on the lips again. He pulled away and frowned.

Mitsuki looked at the other slightly confused, "Wait.....play as in play a game? Or play as in......that type of play?" He started to blush at the thought of his Nova suggesting that kind of play time, especially in the maze of the park at that. He shook his head to try and banish the thoughts. Althought it does sound exciting and fun.

Nova giggled and poked Mitsuki's cheeks. "Whatever type of play made your face red," he said playfully. The vampire looked down at the human with grey eyes. They were not at all tinted pink, so he did not crave it...Yet. Nova leaned forward and rested his head on Mitsuki's chest. "Aww...Does Mitsuki not want to play? No one comes this way, right?" he said.

Mitsuki blushed even harder as he shook with slightly need. He switched with the positions so that he was towering over Nova. He looked down at the other and asked, "Is that what you want? If you really want to tell me now......before I cona't control myself..." he looked at the other and pressed his lips onto the other in a passionate kiss.
