Not often in March but half of April and most of May, June, July, and August What I mean by visible blue is that you can see some blue in the sky. I mean there might be clouds out but you can still see the blue of the sky a little.

Aoi the crossdresser What I mean by visible blue is that you can see some blue in the sky. I mean there might be clouds out but you can still see the blue of the sky a little. is you may see a patch of blue but then it gets covered by a cloud thats white or grey

How often is the sky noticibly blue there? Like when you look up at the sky you say "Wow, it's blue."
