So... If Ichi forfieted, and Haruko is to injured to fight on and needs medical attention, doesn't that bring us down to 5 in the exams? Layla, Kyou, and Shiso are out too. So that leaves: Tatsuya, Kiko, Akira, Ni, and Nightfury
Doesn't that mean we can move to the next round?

It might be fun to do some OOC guild event at some point. Maybe a rally tournament. -Van

Raz has a question about Chakra usage/consumption.
I know that if you use up most of your chakra that you pretty fall helpless in battle, and different characters can use different amounts of chakra training/bloodline/Jutsu dependant. So my question is... what is a good rule of thumb with how many jutsu a character can use (and for how long they can maintain them in cases of Genjutsu) before they use up their chakra and become more fatigued to the point of passing out or even just getting tired?

There isn't a good rule of thumb. It's never really explored in the series beyond "shadow clone equally distributes chakra between all the clones made"
As a genin if you go a few rounds, using a a fair number of techniques (you know- probably less than a dozen) then you're probably getting pretty low. Then again it depends on what kind of techniques, how you see your character, and how you want them to be played.
Kobay for example has a butt-ton of stamina but can't regulate crap.
Inochi can manage his chakra pretty well and has a decent reserve because of his training.
Medical ninja and genjutsuists tend to have better chakra control because it's demanded by their techniques. Taijutuists tend to have the most stamina (as show in the series) but tend to suffer a bit when it comes to control.
These are all very broad generalizations. A taijutsu class character could very well have better control than a medical ninja depending on how he was played and a genjutsu user with a beastly amount of chakra is not unheard of. Those are just the stereotypes.

Yukai don't have a lot of chakra, but then i made her weak on purpose so when she does win a fight, it's extra special xP

Hmm... alright, well that at least points me in the right direction for thinking about chakra control. I'm assuming that E rank jutsu like body flicker hardly use up any chakra (within a certain distance of course) and having a limit of about 6-10 jutsu and the like does give me some decent guidelines so that I don't over/under power my character. Thanks!
