ninja I've been trying to work on art and failing terribly all I have for my efforts recently is an entry into the cross stitched contest which is middle ground in popularity where as cat ear hoodies seem to be a crowd favorite. = u=;;

Just cause the upgrade jutsu section is unclear, I must ask... how many points do you get to upgrade a Jutsu? The example shown 8 points allocated into accuracy.

I am not a mod, mainly because i am too lazy to take the test but i can help with any question you may have.
As too Upgrade jutsu, you unlock a upgrade jutsu every 20/40/60... so on INT, the upgrade jutsu has level = the unlock INT level/4, so the first will be level 5 the next level 10 and so on, upgrade jutsu are then put onto jutsu with level equal too or less then they own too increase the level of the jutsu it is added too by 5 increasing the number of points it has by 5

The example should probably be updated/better detail added. Kinda confused me.

The example is alright but it is done to make someone learn the system, but it is alittle hard to follow if you read it without some background knowledge, that why i like using the system a little without any added things
