C. Fox Hey Anonymoo... ...Didnt i, like a month ago, gave you (a rather cheap) scan of a drawing of mine so you can paint it for me? I believe you showed it to me, but like the genius (read: idiot) I am at times, I didn't save it to my computer and completely forgot about that--my apologies. xp Just to let you know, my CG skills kinda suck. Well, not SUCK, it's just that they're not as good as most. And I gotta say, Greed, the Stasis Cage is a ridiculously cheap move on your opponent's part. *continues reading* xd

It's too bad Kaminosai's not on--the man really knows how to use ofuda (the paper talismans/seals) effectively. And not like this kinda cheap one-post uber-power s**t, too.
Now, I will say that it's pretty good that Kurald laid his original seals down in place at the start of the fight, and basically made Greed come to him--but that's not prepping said seals. At least in my experience, he'd have to mention them in each post in order to sufficiently "prep" them for any number of posts.
Also, here's the weird thing--if everything inside the cage implodes, what happens to HIM? Implosion literally means that things get sucked in upon themselves and crushed into nothing. If he's at the center of that implosion... xd
Addendum: The first set of seals granted him a zero-damage shield on his first combat post, which I also call bullshit on. A tiny bit of the shield chips off with each hit, but fire "hits" continuously, since it doesn't disappear until it's completely spent. Also, with the implosive force of his wacky-a** black hole attack... shouldn't his shield be dead already if "nothing can survive" his attack?

I totally agreed, but since I thought of the whole hydrogen explosion thing I didn't say anything about how the cage couldn't be blocked or defended against.

I would say that invincible shield was, too, as he never specified how much damage it could take...And I must say, that large of an explosion sounds like it would pack a HUGE punch.
Meh.

I hope i dont get killed on a technicality.... the character isnt going to die or anything...but that would suck... My suggestion is bring up how those things would burn the hell of. Then maybe form some of your body through the openings using that neat little bone trick, and pull the rest through. keep the brain intact though. that electricity will screw it.

Even if the flames didn't touch him wouldn't the heat alone be enough to make him boil in his own skin..

Er, I call Bullshit on that shield, too. If you want to phrase it that way.
Oh, and for clarification to anyone, the way I view that guy's post (Er, the one we're reading):
He creates the electricity shield/ball around Homunculus, not himself. When he does this, he then goes, from the outside and covers it in papers.
Then Homunculus uses his boom! attack and that guy gets hit hard. He avoids it with his invince-shield and then finishes placing the papers...
Yeah...Sounds pretty lame, but do these seals actually burn up if they're hit with fire before activating?

@Trei: Better make Trei much, much, much stronger when we do...going by speed alone (not counting his other abilities), Fierce Deity isn't using a full 1% of his potential. So what you're experiencing is around 1/100th of what it could be.... > >;
@Greed: ...well...Deity knows how he would get out, but that wouldn't help you. < <;;

he hasnt really enlightened you at all. So untill you know what he knows about his techniques your kind of in a corner because of his wording. If that gaurd only stands up to attacks, then yea the heat would get him becuase its not technically part of the attack.... but that just raises more questions and i dont even want to get into it.

We'll have to wait and see. I'm looking forward to having Golden Wings at the time...(remember Tyrael from D2? Those kinda wings, but forged from Destiny magic...they can cut, they can shield, they can be manipulated pretty easily. And they are the natural manifestation of his aura (hence why he doesn't get 'em till T1), plus full-body focal points so that he can cast without having to rely on his palms.

Well, Deity, Greed also knows how to get out, but his opponent has to use some cheap godmode defensive sheild that doesn't let anything touch him and heat doesn't effect him.
So what's everyone's final verdict ?

 Best solution remains to hit them until they stop moving. xd But for your character, I would suggest heightening the alchemic/Homunculus powers and just drawing carbon molecules from the air to harden Greed's skin even further. Remember, homunculi can only perform alchemy on themselves, so just do whatever cheap s**t you have to at this point just to survive. After that, I'd say to start going for a straight melee fight. Keep showing him that you want to take it close, and it'll force him in close. Once his character breaks his hand on Greed's skin, you'll be able to do all sorts of horrible things to him.
