Although, I have a question, when two cryokineticists (people with Cryokinesis) are trying to manipulate the same piece of ice, will the one who wins in controlling it have to have greater mental power and willpower than their opponent?

If you are wrong in all the right ways
they will have to vie for control against each other like any elemental controlling person. That doesn't always mean one has a stronger mind than the other though.

Hey Spaz, Sorry you waited for me. I posted.
And I kindly vote that those who have a power are allowed to have dibs on it. I mean if their are different aspects to that power, like mental powers, that's understandable. But alot Rao's characters are ice manipulators. There's not much variety if everyone fights with the same force and tries to play the 'I'm stronger' game. This is merely my opinion on the subject, but If someone decided to be an ink manipulator like my picasso character, that kinda criples my character and it becomes annoying to have to compete for that medium used to fight. Everything done would be negated during the battle.
I try to think of abilities that no one else has to respect their choice in abilities. Ask Malix; Each character i make, i make sure I bring something new to the table to add variety for the school.

lol she does though in the case of ink manipulation the one who is in control at the time will be in control of it there would be no vieing for control with that. Things like the basic elements do though for the most part it would be more like they can stop the attacks of the other person but only if they focus on doing that. So it is hard to fight and battle over a certain bit of stuff. As for some of the characters such as zach's ice users vs yuki for example she would not bother affecting their ice but if they tried to affect her ice it would cause problems.
So yea different characters change the details it will rarely be "i'm stronger" at least that is how i have planned to deal with this.

HELL NO!!! He is my person. Pure and simple. He was made to be a villain that would attack the school, though I also one other one that I am waiting for the orders from Malix to send out. If you ask me, the other one is much more powerful >.<
