Exactly why. She's like the Batman of PMMM. She's the weakest of them all, her only actual power being time travel, but her use of guns and explosives to take down witches is what makes her soooo awesome. :3

Ah, is he in the one piece guild? I used to really enjoy watching the show when it was on tv, but I kinda missed a few hundred episodes then just gave up on catching up, same thing happened to me with Naruto and Bleach.
