-Dessynea- Wantcookie Quit the Cult. I'm surprised at how freeing it feels. So congratulations? Not really. I saw that the atmosphere of constant fighting, stupid drama, and condescending attitudes were having adverse effects on me, so I left. Nothing more to it than that.

Yeah, you may as well cull that part of your life off and enjoy it in the other areas while they last.

I thought it was congratulations because you said it was freeing.

Yeah, not even kidding. Watched a part of the finale a lil bit ago. It is called, the ******** Ranch. XD Bunch a big fat people, being driven around, the ranch. EDIT:Know what, not even that the people are fat. Now that I think about it, it's just funny that they take a bunch of people there and run them around like cattle. Fat or not XD

If you lose weight too fast not only do you have a higher risk of gaining it back, it's also terrible on your body. =_= It's kind of counterproductive because you know as soon as they leave their diet/exercise regime they're just gonna gain it all back.

They send them home on follow up programs they are supposed to follow. The people who got sent off and came back for the finale actually looked good. I think that if they follow the rules they can keep it off. It's isn't the shows fault if they can't keep it off. They are supposed to exercise at home too.

I think that if they follow the rules they can keep it off. Idk. Lots of them gain a lot of it back. I just googled it, and lots of them have gained back at least 25% of what they lost since their season finale. Besides, you shouldn't lose 100+ pounds over the course of 1 TV season. It's not healthy to lose 50% of your body weight in such a short period of time. The body has such a hard time adjusting that they're lucky the show hasn't had a casualty yet. I'm all for self-betterment TV, but it shouldn't put the people looking for help at risk. :/ There are plenty of nutritionist shows in which the subject loses weight gradually and manages to keep it off.
