Gil nodded "Well airships are commonplace these days so I imagine they have a good hand in making them for everywhere else and replacement parts" he said glad Haru was talking a bit.
Oassu's clone shrugged nodding along as he followed along Felina's lead.
Itaka smiled watching as a surprised Gregor kwehhed excitedly before spinning around trying to catch Seph's tail before Boris kwehhed loudly getting Gregor to calm down "Well he's ok really just likes a bit of a roly poly though be careful to keep your tail away from him he seems to think it's a toy" he said signalling to Boris to pick up the blanket he'd laid down for them "Boris is a good bird don't mock him, and if anything Chobi is more stubborn when she wants to be" he said letting Annabelle wander over to Chobi and headbutt her to cheer her up with a soft kweh "Still do you want to get started?" he said "Where should we race to?" he asked,

Seph laughed and nodded her head feeling a slight regret about picking Gregor seeing how unsteady he seemed to be to ride "Well in that case I'll just have to either change forms or hold my tail up uncomfortably high for a while. Though from the way it sounds Chobi and Boris would be a good match not that I think they Boris likes her. Would make good kids too. As for the race how about the field a few times or around the farm"

Felina smiled a little disappointed she couldn't talk with the clone but chose not to show it as she guided him up and down the hallway and into the more familiar corridor that lead to their room "Right then hear you are and umm... after you dear" she gestured him inside
Satoshi nodded "Well they are convenient though I would appreciate it more if the dwarves worked on making an airship that is more... steady. All the ones I've been on have all been so shakey, especially in wind and its a really horrible feeling" she mumbled earning a small laugh from Yuudai.
"You know you would think that flying about in an airship all the time would make you start to get used to them. Though eating something when they take off and land is suppost to help I believe and why not go for the human fashion of fuel alternatives, they are probably the biggest customer group" Yuudai guessed.

Oassu opened the door causing the clone to disappear in a puff of smoke smiling once he saw Felina "Hey dear come on in, sorry I couldn't be there in person but would be awkward to be seen lugging all that food through the halls" he said standing aside to let her inside.
Gil sighed "It's a real shame airship travel doesn't suit you Nadira, it's the fastest way to really get anywhere, need to see about getting you some medicine to deal with that" he said patting Satoshi on the back.
Itaka shook his head "I don't think Chobi would go for it either, still we can go around this field for sure" he said commanding Boris to sit "He can be the starting post for us to use then" he said lining up alongside Boris

Seph shook her head "Nope probably not so you'll just have to watch out for some potential unwated surprises next year in the way of eggs but ok first one to get around back to Boris is the winner right" she stated snickering as some of the more interested chocobos lined up next to boris to see what was going on. "Now then, if you win I'll give you something nice later and if I can't think of anything I'll at least make you a nice dinner" she offered moving Gregor into position

Felina nodded quickly sliding inside "It's ok though good thing nobody was around to try and make conversation. Would have been awkward with a mute clone should someone have tried to ask him anything. So my dear, what sort of stuff did you manage to snag for us tonight" she asked sitting down on the bed while she waited.
Satoshi shrugged "I don't really get travel sick anymore on airships unless its a really really bad flight so I don't think theres anything medicine can do beyond sleeping pills to sleep through the while thing and I don't like those. I just have to smile and put up with it and I don't get how you could enjoy airship rides so much" she added to Yuudai.
"I find them quite relaxing, with good views and a nice breeze on deck and you stop noticing the shaking after a while and thats easier still if you just pretend to be on a boat" He replied with a snicker.

Oassu nodded "I got some truffles, some sandwiches, a bottle of Elvish wine for us and some fruit" he said indicating his haul on a table "I wasn't really sure what you'd like so I got a bit of variety in the kitchen" he said.
Gil smiled glad to see Satoshi was able to talk to her brother "Well perhaps it's the motion sickness that bothers you rather than airships in case you have difficulty on boats as well" he said putting some arms around Satoshi while the conversation flowed.
Itaka nodded "Sounds like a plan though you'll need to think up a prize for yourself" he said petting Annabelle while the other chocobos looked around curious as to what was going on before Boris let out a loud kweh indicating the race had started.

Seph smirked laughing quietly at the all the confused chocobos except for Chobi who was standing there glaring at Gregor with jealousy having a basic idea of what was going on "Oh right we've started I take it... well you'll just have to think of something you can give me as a prize if I win though if your as good with Annabell as you present yourself as you shouldn't need to think of one" she called having already set her chocobo off down the first stretch.

Satoshi shook her head "I'm fine on boats, been on them all the time and so long as its not really really bad storm weather I don't get the slightest bit ill and its a great place to train for balence. It's no wonder pirates are so good at it. It's dad who gets seasick, he's just always too proud to admit it to anyone as it might ruin his tough image" she laughed playing with her spoon.
Yuki nodded glacing over for a moment at her husband who had already began taking the empty bowls through to the kitchen "Yeah he's not good with airships either though he's not been on one since before Haru was born. Must be where you get it from. Would you like a cup of tea or anything by the way Gil?"
Felina's eyes lit up at the mention of truffles "Not a bad selection at all but what was it which made the clanging noise earlier, trying to get those ones?" she asked bouncing slightly while resisting the urge to eat the truffles straight away. "Well I didn't tell the staff you had allergies, I just told them I was dieting to try and squeeze into a wedding dress I liked the look of down town"

Gil scratched his thin in thought "Yeah I'll take some tea thank you" he said politely "I've never really had trouble on either though I don't really plan on getting on a boat anytime soon, it's hard to float in water in my armour" he said.
Oassu shrugged "I dropped a ladel to get your attention to get going though they'd be crazy to believe that your figure is lovely and you'll be able to fit into almost any dress I bet" he said happily sitting on the bed gesturing for Felina to go ahead and eat.
Itaka nodded as Annabelle took off after Gregor who hopped and skipped happy to be racing while some of the other chocobos chased after them thinking it was a game. "Hehe seems like some of the others wanna get involved, just hope Chobi doesn't get too mad at Gregor." he said frowning as Annabelle slowed down to kweh hello to some of the chocobos chasing them letting Gregor pull ahead.

Seph glanced back bursting into laughter seeing the other chocobos chase after them "looks like we have some late entries into the race and ha your Annabelle doesn't seem to be interested anymore... hey wait Gregor don't do that" she frowned struggling for a moment to steer Gregor back on track who had stopped to look at a flower he thought looked interesting. Chobi meanwhile kwehed away zooming off ahead boasting her spead to the others/

"Well thats why your not ment to swim in armour though the boat is whats going to be doing the floating rather than yourself" Satoshi pointed out passing down the plates not surprised to see Haru quickly excuse himself from the table the moment the main meal was over. Couldn't picture you on a boat, you would probably be sitting around kicking and screaming with alpha she joked.
Yuki nodded taking the plates from Satoshi "Well in that case I'll have some prepared for you in a few moments. Though I'm assuming you don't wear your armour all the time? Just keep it off when you go sailing and you'll be fine should you ever actually need to swim"
Felina smiled going straight for the truffles "I'm sure I'll be able to find a pretty enough dress to buy when the time comes and if not its easy enough to just pay someone to make me one personally. But look on the bright side, means your not stuck on a very strict diet tonight that stops you eating anything nice at all. At the worst they'll privately think your giving me bad ideas"

Gil paused for a moment "Actually I wear my armour most of the time, hardly own any clothes, these clothes are special for this trip but it's best to be prepared at all times hence I wear my armour at most times" he said
Oassu frowned "Well I hope they don't think I'm mistreating you, wouldn't do since the odds are already stacked against me with getting approval" he said lying down on the bed "Though don't eat too much we'll probably be having a proper meal later" he said.
Itaka grunted giving Annabelle a shunt reminding her what her objective was as she sprinted to catch up to Gregor "They just think it's fun to run together probably, normally don't have space to run together like this at the farm though Chobi is the only one with any race training so she knows the true reason for this sprint it would seem" he chuckled seeing Chobi kwehhing to catch Seph's attention as he drew closer.

Seph nodded giving Gregor a tug back down the right direction and to the first turn soon followed by Chobi who shot down the next stretch of the field "Well at least they are all staying together and not running off into the wilderness. Remember all those years ago when one managed to escape and ran round the village stealing everyones food? Or were you still in school then" she asked with a snicker.

Felina smiled offering what was left of the truffles to Oassu "You need not worry about them, you clearly don't mistreat me when you bring me stuff like this hehe. And then servents will very rarely express any sort of opinion or even converse with the royals. The guards on the other hand... need to be more careful with them but I'm not going to say anything to those that could get you booted out the palace so don't worry"
"Let me guess, Nadira made that outfit for you and insisted you wear it as that sounds just like something she would do, same with your dragon suit" Yuudai guessed picking up Ikota for a cuddle once the food was taken. Miyu meanwhile followed Yuki to the kitchen "Don't you ever get too hot in armour, I mean you could literally fry in that somewhere like the desert"
