Dumb varmint traditionally hunted in my home town with spotlights and baseball bats, then cooked in the oven and served with potatoes and beer.
He's a Grand Admiral, troopy. You have to answer his question first.

Uncivilized rodent eater
My question came first! He's just avoiding the question because he knows that I'm right.

It doesnt matter if your question came first or not. This is the Empire. You are to answer your superior officers. Mouth off too much and we terminate you.

Dumb, tasty Rodent who has a very narrow view on what makes a civilization.
Actually it does. Even if he doesnt know (Unlikely) you have to answer him first. Until you're of at least Grand Moff rank, you're his b***h. And really, the only way to prove anything to Nelo is to answer him first. Thats how he works.

Mexican Stud.
Actually, i'm trying to prove a point. He's asking a question on hair color. i'm trying to show that there's only two examples to choose from (both in Kotor II, and both are genetically related). Simply because two people have the same hair color, doesn't mean they all do. Its like saying all humans have brown hair, or all twi'leks are blue. Just because you have one example doesn't make it a standard. the echani are a relatively new race in Star Wars, and not enough has really been written on them to really say what is or is not possible, only assumptions. Call me Socrates.

Aristocratic cyberdog trainer.
Hell even I know not all Echani have white hair. They're a Human culture. Like Twi'lek skin colors, humans have a variety of skin shades and hair colors.

Illegal Immigrant
Actually, Atris and Brianna aren't related. Supposedly, Atris isn't actually Echani, but that's coming from Wookiepedia. And there were more than two Echani. There was more like 7 or something. All Echani have white hair unless they dye it, end of story.
