Fuyu Shoujouhi Yuki (Winter of Scarlet snow)Type: Ninjutsu Range: Medium-Far Description: This technique is a two part technique. The first post of the technique requires Aozame to run through a string of hand signs. After completing this, a light snow will begin to fall from the sky creating about a five inch layer of snow on the battlefield. In the second post, Aozame will snap his fingers. Each individual snow flake contains Aozame's chakra so when he snaps his fingers the snowflakes will create an explosion similar to that of Fubuki's ice bombs on a slightly smaller scale. Because they contain Aozame's chakara, he can control which snowflakes explode.

Bow Manifestation: Allows the user to focus chakra to create a spiritual bow that can fire off arrows that are as strong as the creator's total chakra points.

I have two moves I would like to have: first the Ridokou it is somewhat like the chidori only it is based on a votex of massive chakra, but it can only knock someone back. The second is the water style:Ridokou suikodan no jutsu:dark abyss of shark bombs: It with its high power drains nearly half your chakra and if you don't have enough chakra it can be fatle to you, it is strongest in the mist and weakest in the sand. Both the jutsu I have requested I made either a move that can get you away from your opponent or can be fatle without enough chakra.

Denied, This is way to powerful for your first made up, Not to mention that first attack you just named was Rasengan basically. That second one is just way too powerful.

Change of Venue- A very strong genjutsu that takes control of the senses. It makes one believe that they have been transported to a place of the caster's choice. The Caster sends a very descriptive image of the place to the persons under the genjutsu and it manifests itself within their minds.
Invocation: Art of Paranoia- This technique allows the user to project the subject with characteristics of someone who is paranoid. Sweating, increased heart beat, shifting eyes. They are so scared that they are unable to concentrate on anything, including their opponent.
Kikuta Memory- Along with all of the powers of the Kikuta eyes, they can also erase memories with use of eye contact. Along with that, in weaker minds, they are also able to create false memories.

Well naturally since He's implanting a small amount of chakra in each snowflake. Those small amounts of chakra add up. So is it accepted?

technique:calling the black chakra=My character I wanted an Oakami sealed within to help him out when he is about to die or is in trouble,sad,angry,and happy.this move calls up different amounts of chakra depending on the situation and the users emotions the okami minipulates its chakra through the a gate of emotions sealed within the user's mind. The second is "dark okami summoning" which summons an okami that is black and has white stripes that can heal you,defend you,train you,or fight along side you.

Hidden Moon
Lunar Blade: This jutsu harness the power of the moon to enhance Hayate’s blade and give it the power to cut through about anything. Depending on the phase of the moon depends on the effect added to the blade. Day- No effect; New Moon- Turns the blade invisible so now the opponent can’t see the blade to counter it; Crescent Moon- No Effect; Half Moon- Increase the speed of the user by 2 times; Waning Moon- No Effect; Full Moon- Chakra needed for the Gekkou dances of the moon are halved; Lunar Eclipse- Grants all effects granted by the phases of the moon.

Forced Release: First Gate: Using the Byakugan to see chakra points, Aimi can hit the chakra points that will force the First Gate open. For ones that have no training in the gates, they can’t close the gate unless Aimi strikes them again to close the gate. For ones that are trained in the gates, they can close the gate after 2 posts.

the oni no jutsu is where a random demon hand comes from a dark hole and grabs u and it could even be shucaku,and kyyubi

Valkiron Change of Venue - Who is the genjutsu cast. Does one have to make eye contact with you to allow this to happen? Invocation: Art of Paranoia - What has to happen to allow this to happen. Do you have to make eye contact or something like that? Kikuta Memory - What is the weaker mind? Those with less skill points? Dr Entropy Fuyu Shoujouhi Yuki (Winter of Scarlet snow) - Can part one and two be preformed in the same post or do they have to be in different post? jjjjjjjjjj calling the black chakra - This is just a way to get more chakra for your character. You need to explain the whole mood thing a little more. dark okami summoning - How strong is the summonned Okami... Half your total Chakra? Ryu Gekkou Lunar Blade - Cleared... Just make sure that you move though the phases like we atlked about in the OOC. Forced Release: First Gate: - I am fine with it, but I want to get a second opinion on this one before clearing it. BoRR101 oni grab no jutsu - Denied...You can not summon the tail demons. Please also put the whole technique in one post from now on.
