Kaida glanced to Reiya and shook her head. "D**m her for not waiting for a group desicion." She kept her voice hushed. "She is as blunt as i am irational at times." She sighed and pulled out a kunai calmly cleaning under her nails with it but waiting for the next move to become alittle more apparent.

You come unwelcomed into this forest, you hide amoung the trees, thinking that I cannot see you or sense you. You kill one of the innocent younglings. And for what purpose?

Kaida made a rash decision and without the approval of Reiya she dropped to the forest floor down on one knee not raising her head to look upon the creature not wishing to disrespect it. "The death of your kin was my fault. Do what you wish with me but let my team mates pass. Let them not be judged for the wrong doings that are mine." Her head was bowed knowing she was leaving herself exposed but she wanted someone to be able to complete this mission if not her. Perhaps she was not worthy to be a nin for her country. Perhaps all she thought she was living for was for naught... She had to make her life worth it and she had to pay for her screw ups even if it be in blood.

" Kagemane no jutsu " Rei yelled freezing both the elder wolf and Kaida " Please I wish that you not fight each other" she held her jutsu " Kaida I kno its not my place to say this but please don't fight him, he as done nothing to us and the only way I'll let go of my Jutsu if you to agree not to fight" she said in a strait voice

-=Ryudo pulls his hands from the ground having a good sence of where the others were judging from their movements amplifying vibrations in the ground. He pulled out two kunai and held both in one hand and continued running towards what might be his team. Getting close now he stops in some near by trees and watches.=-

(ooc: ::blink blink:: Um, you realize that the wolf made no moves to attack her right? All he has done is ask questions)
::for a moment the wolf stood frozen, and then the ice began to slowly met away, sliding off of his hair, leaving it dry. His glowing eyes, now angry turned to Rei::
Younglings once again make foolish and rash mistakes. What move did I make that would cause such actions against me? What have I done except for ask you simple questions?

I had forgiven the youngling her mistake. I made no move to punish. Who are you to judge that which is not in your field of knowledge? Explain yourself, youngling, and do so quickly!

All is forgiven this time, youngling, for it is not in our nature to kill the young. One cannot learn from the simple mistakes if they are punished too greatly.
::he turned and padded softly back towards the middle of the pack of wovles, a few of whom still watched the girls after the disturbance::

Kaida looked up from where she was kneeling and glanced over to Rei. "Four? But we have only three in our group." She remained kneeling in respect to the wolf. She waved her hand and bid Reiya to come forth from the trees. "Great Wolf may we have passage through here?"

Kaida glanced over to Rei then back to the wolf."Great Wolf we seek that which must be protected for our village. Our village which is apart of your forest where this gem lies dormant. We wish to recover it for it's safety." She remained kneeling and waited a moment more before getting up and glancing over to Rei then to the wolf unsure of just what her next move was.

::the wolf slowly closed his eyes:: It is safe where it is. No one but the Prince has managed to keep it safe from those who would wish to use it for their purposes. The gem is not a sacred thing, but an item of evil and death. Those around here who have wished to gain its power have met a fatal end. My pack and I help to guard it because we do not wish to see the destruction of the world around us.
Is this the gem that you seek? What can you four younglings plan to do in hopes of keeping it safe?
