"Whenever you want to...I just figured that they would be away for a while," Diego answered her as he offered her his arm so he could escort her back inside.

Kuroi smiled and took a seat next to Gray, a slight blush still on her cheeks.

((The old king is gonna have a fit with this! xd I think he should try to intervene again....))

Gray tried to stop staring at Kuroi with but little success. He finally smiled, taking Kuroi's hands. He finally spoke. "You look... Well... Obviously, breathtaking..." He said, gazing into her eyes.

Viola smiled. "I'd like to wait until everyone's returned..." She said at last.

Diego nodded. "Very well, we'll wait then," he replied.

Kuroi couldn't help but blush more. "Thank you," she said softly as she looked down at their hands. She searched for the words to describe his own appearance...handsome just seemed too weak.

(I love it when that happens mrgreen ...I was on the same wavelength with Gwen too, just a couple days ago!)

Gray could bear it no longer. He took Kuroi into his arms, looking into her eyes still and was about to kiss her when the room began to shake. "How DARE you!" A voice boomed. A large gust of wind blew against the curtains and books and papers that were in the room, papers going everywhere. Gray pushed Kuroi behind him, covering his eyes with his forearm.

Viola grabbed Diego's hand, smiling and looking around the garden. She dropped her arm, seeing that directly over the balcony of where the throne room was, that dark clouds swirled above the building. Viola looked at Diego. "Somethings wrong..." She whispered.

(I gotta go soon. sad Mum and da say I only have a few more minutes... sad I'll try to get on later tonight if I can.)

Diego looked up at the balcony and saw it too. "Come on," he said grabbing Viola's hand and running for the doors to go inside.

Kuroi had let out a startled cry and shielded her face in Gray's back. She was clueless as to what was happening.

Gray had a feeling what was going on but he tried not to jump into conclusions. At last the wind settled, the whole room a complete mess. Standing before the couple was the king. He had his staff and his eyes glowed red with anger. "SHE will interfear with your training boy." The king hissed. "I don't want to be trained by you or trained at all anymore... Leave us alone." Gray said calmly. The king laughed. "Once I start training you, there's no going back until the training's completed!" The king snarled at the end. Gray glared at the king. "Leave her now..." The king said, pointing a knarled finger at Gray. Gray didn't budge. "No..." He said, stubbornly. "She will take your heart in graditude, and CRUSH it with all her might! For the rest of your days you will suffer because she will betray you! Don't let her get a hold of you. She will use you, like a puppet... As if you're a toy... A pet... Don't grow soft just because of a woman's touch and her ways... She's playing with you Gray... Come and train with me... Don't be stupid." Gray wanted to shut all the lies the king was trying to feed him, but it was hard to ignore. "No... She's different... She loves me... And I love her!" Gray said, trying to fight back with words. "Lies! All lies... ALL WOMEN ARE THE SAME! Just look at Thailane..." The king continued, smirking. "She says she loves Firim, but I know where her heart lies..." The man scoffed. "NO.... You're wrong! Get out! OUT!" Gray shouted, trying to shut all the lies and words coming for the king out of his mind.

Viola nodded, grasping Diego's hand and racing off with him as quickly as possible towards the room.

"Don't listen to him, Gray!" Kuroi said, speaking directly to his mind.
"You know it isn't true," she told him.

Diego ran up the stairs with Viola. Something was utterly wrong.

Gray started to tear up. Those horrible lies hurt, even though they were of course false. He was curious about Thailane, but he was too busy trying to think of what to do next. "Come Gray... We will teleport to someplace NO ONE can come and interferre with your training..." The king persuaded. He lifted up his hand towards Gray. "Your flesh is strong... But your will is weak... Come with me and I'll help you become stronger in all ways!" The king said. Gray lowered his head, stumbling towards the king. "That's right..." The king sneered.

Viola looked at Diego as they ran inside the castle and quickly into the throne room where all the action was. Viola gasped, watching Gray walk towards the king. "Gray! No!"

Kuroi didn't know what to do.
"Gray, your will is strong! You don't need to listen to him. Fight it Gray! Fight it!" she said speaking to his mind. She didn't want to loose him, and if he went with the king, she would probably never see him again.

Diego roared and took Jaguar form. He lept on Gray to keep him from moving another step. "If you go with him, you'll never see her again, Gray," Diego snarled, pointing out what would probably have been the truth.

Gray shook Diego's arm off of him. He gave a picture of himself with a mischevious grin with matching eyes into the minds of his friends and lover. 'I know what I'm doing...' Gray said to them silently. The king laughed. "Already your will is getting strong by choosing me instead of staying with that girl..." The king smirked.

Diego morphed back as he climbed off of Gray. He winked as he did so.

Kuroi didn't know what Gray had planned but she backed away. Diego stepped away as well.

Gray placed his arms behind his back, a shadow forming in his hands. The king hadn't noticed. "Good... We shall sta-" The king gasped as Gray wheeled behind the king and had the sword of Aquarious in his hand and touched the king's neck with it. "We shall start... Never again... Leave me alone... And my friends, family, and my love... Alone." Gray whispered into the king's ear. The king's color was drained. Gray didn't plan to kill him; he just wanted to get his point across. "If you try to get me to come and train with you... I swear it on the graves of my loved ones that I will come and hunt you down with this sword of which destroys and kills demons... Take a good look at it sir..." Gray mocked at the end. "And make sure you understand. Now go..." Gray released the old man and without hesitation, the king dissapeared. Gray sighed, the sword in his hand. He smirked. "What a maroon..." Gray laughed, putting the sword over the fireplace in the room. It transformed into Thailane's sword she would use for combat. Gray walked back to Kuroi. "All right... Kuroi... I can stand it no longer... I have to do this before anything else comes up..." Gray said, taking her into his arms. "Kuroi..." He said softly, holding her and reaching into his coat pocket. "Will you take me as who and what I am... Take me as your husband... Will you marry me?" He asked at last, opening his hand. Inside the palm of his hand was silver dust. He glanced at it and then at Kuroi, nervous of her answer.

Kuroi gently placed her hand over the pile of silver dust that was in the palm of his hand. "Of course I will, Gray," she whispered softly, tears of joy coming to her eyes. She reached up and gently touched his face with her free hand.

Diego walked back over to Viola and slipped his arm about her waist as they watched Gray propose.

Viola smiled, getting closer to Diego as she watched. It seemed now that everyone was getting married. She glanced up at her fiance, amazed at all that was going on.

Gray kissed Kuroi, the silver dust gently glowing and slithering onto Kuroi's hand and wrapping itself around her ring finger. Gray pulled away, smiling. "I looked for this since I was little... I've read about it... It's a magical kind of silver that will take form into whatever you will like... Anything at all... Except once it turns into that form, it won't turn into anything else..." He said, smiling. "Took me a while to find it..." He stopped, watching the silver take form into a ring; It looked like vines intwined together and a small heart in the middle struck with an arrow. Within the heart was a large diamond the size of about a full two centimeter radius.

Diego looked down at Viola and smiled at her. "You have got to love springtime," he said softly.

Kuroi looked down at the ring that had formed on her finger. It was the perfect ring. "Thank you," she said softly as she looked up into Gray's eyes. She rested her hands on Gray's shoulders and kissed him again.
