For marching band: Parade shows or field shows?
I didn't do marching band, but I did dance team, and the field shows were a thousand times more fun that the parades. I'm pretty sure anybody from marching band at my high school would say the same. Would you rather get a calling in YM/YW or teaching Primary?

I've done both, and I love performance, so I'd rather do more acting than directing, although directing can be really fulfilling.
On a similar note, would you rather perform onstage or work backstage?
