I've read the codex quite a few times since I bought it about a year ago. It makes no mention of limitations if you use a jetbike and star lance.
My friend simply thinks that things have to make sense when they help him and they don't when they don't help him.
So yeah, my Autarch is going to run with a Reaper Launcher, Jetbike, Laser Lance, and Mandiblasters. Looking to kill his Tyranids, Necrons, and Dark Eldar.

I'm telling you, man, the Laser Lance isn't worth the extra points. Those few extra points of strength on the charge are decent, but I'd honestly rather put the points into more units. Eldar have this wonderful thing that is points flexibility. The Reaper Launcher on your Autarch should prove interesting, and could be modeled pretty awesomely onto the bike. Only issue: Isn't a Laser Lance 2handed?

Nope. Laser Lance is one-handed on a bike, so...you still have the two-handed choice. This means potentially: laser lance and avenger catapult, reaper launcher, fusion pistol, etc... The list goes on.
Couple this bad boy with a squad of shining spears and you end up with one evil little combo...especially if your Exarch takes Withdraw. I might reconsider it and take a power weapon...or a scorpion chainsword, but the initial boosted strength pretty much ensures one agonized unit.

Shinobi_8745 It gives you some nice modelling options though... ;D Oh, definitely. It would be a slick a** combo for a Saim-Hann army, which is a list that I happen to like for the Eldar.

Quick question. How would you all rate the performance of Warp Spiders to Jetbikes? It seems to be a trade-off of weapon strength versus toughness to me, since they're the same price.

Van Evok spiderman wannabes have ws/bs4, important... as well as other aspect stats, btw Protip: He has the Codex. I dunno. It comes down to what kind of things you're fighting. Bikes do well against lower toughness or lower save enemies due to the fact that they can overpower them with their multiple shots, high mobility, and survivability. Warp Spiders have a couple of advantages, though one is based on getting hot dice. They are uniformly armed with S6 guns, AP- though they may be. Against MeQ, saves are a hard thing to bypass so forcing them to take a lot of wounds is really the best option. Then, they have a semi-upgraded form of the Tau Hop and can warp-jump up to that 12" away from the fight. They can pelt crap from range and hide away again, so they have some advantages.

I really like Spiders and Bikes, but when it comes to maneuverability, nothing beats a good group of hawks. Couple that with an autarch and you get better reserves rolls.
Of course, Warp Spiders are scary as they can deep strike no matter the mission (if you get the power...but I would). Bikes can't do that as far as I know. And your exarch can equip the Spinneret rifle if good AP is wanted.
Bikes are also pretty awesome as that toughness and armor upgrade can turn the tide of assault somewhat nicely. Still, the Spiders can be a lot scarier.

Swooping Hawks have fleet and they can sky leap and deep strike...And possibly hit an run. That's about it for outmatching Spiders and Jetbikes as far as I know.

Question: Can Tanks and Vypers take both the Star And Vectored Engines Upgrade, or is it one or the other?

Blood Marine I wonder has anyone ever tried to draw a craftworld?
Pictures of them exist, namely within the Eldar Codex, or maybe it's the rulebook. Not sure, and I don't have either one handy right now to verify. But art of a Craftworld has been done.
