Darling laughed at that and shook his head. "It's not. But the pent up tension was starting to suffocate everyone." He replied.

"I think the word you're looking for is 'desire', Darling." Leonide chimed in.

"Don't encourage him." Kazuki said to his friend.

Leonide shrugged, and stuck his tongue out at Kazuki. He then looked over at Kinji. "I think we were all getting tired of that look. No offense, Z, but you don't exactly do a good job at hiding that." He said.

"Yeah. But we also have to consider how oblivious Nii-san is." Darling interjected.

"Ah too true. Well then. Disregard what I just said." Leonide said with a grin.

Kazuki simply shook his head, and sighed heavily.

{Hrm... Perhaps if there were rose petals scattered around it. Since your avi is already surrounded by candles, I think that would be a nice touch.}

It was Darling's turn to laugh, now that the others had gone off on their banter. And they all seemed to be taking it in stride too.
Leonide simply shrugged to Kinji. "None taken. I've known people who have been that obsessed over their other half." He said with a shrug.

Darling looked up at the others, once he'd finished laughing, and wiping the tears out of his eyes. "I'm curious as to, A) How you know that. And B) How that desire actually settles." He said.
Leonide shrugged. "I don't know. It just seems to cool off after a while. It's probably caused by trying to impress the other person."

Darling gave a blank stare, then flicked his arm. "All right. Go cool off that desire then." He said.
Leonide shook his head though. "Please no. Are you trying to smoke out the entire complex? Remember. It's not a bee hive. Darling." He said.

Kazuki could only give his brother a shocked look. "I swear. I did not raise him to be that vulgar." He said.

"In my defense. You do not want to be around Tsuki when she's going through puberty. It's not fun! And you hear some really weird stuff!" Darling defended.

Kazuki blinked in shock. "That is soooo not my fault." He said. Then at Kinji, and Takumi's remark, he looked down at Z. "What? Shall I kiss you again?" He asked, as he gently grabbed the other boy's hand.

Leonide laughed and shook his head. "I have a good idea as to when that happened. But, we're in the presence of a minor. And I'd rather not go in to it, despite who his older brother is." He said.

Darling shrugged. "Good point. And that wouldn't be good for any one here." He said, and pointed to Z. "See! He knows what I mean." He said.

Kazuki shook his head. "You're such a prude some times." He said.

"Dude. It was Tsuki. Alright. Tsuki. I don't want to hear that kind of stuff coming from my younger sister. You'd have been just as horrified if you'd been there, Nii-san." Darling shot back.

Kazuki shrugged, and pushed his glasses back in to place. "Touche." He said, then turned to Z. "Hm. Good point. Then I suppose it can wait." He said, though he pouted a little.

Darling shook his head at his brother. "So! How about we pick a new subject before these two completely disregard what they just said." He said, with a sarcastic clap of his hands, though muffled by the leather, fingerless gloves he wore.

Kazuki couldn't help but laugh when Z had to leave the room for a bit. "Who knew I had such an affect on people." He said.
Darling rolled his eyes. "Or he needs some pepto bismal now." He shot back.

"Anyways!" Leonide interjected, before the two brothers could go any further on the subject. "Why don't we let Z decide what to do. It's his birthday after all." He suggested.

{Can you tell I have no idea what to do now? *bangs head on the wall, trying to get rid of writer's block*}

{Hrm.... I suppose that could work for now. Mind if Kazuki drags Darling along for the video? I vaguely remember Z saying they needed an extra person.}

Kazuki was about to suggest something, but Darling beat him to it.

"I want to see how this twister game went over." He said, though ignoring his older brother's raised eyebrow.

Leonide laughed at the suggestion. "I like this idea actually. What about you guys?" He asked.

{Man, don't I wish. Slice of life role plays elude me quite often. And did he? I could have sworn there was one other, that Kazuki hadn't taken. But ok. We shall see.}

Leonide looked at the others, and tilted his head slightly. "How about like last time. Teams of two." He suggested, then pointed to Kazuki and Z. "Obviously those two being one team." He added.

Darling laughed, though Kazuki didn't seem to mind. "I like that idea." He said.

{Slice of life topics are few and far between for me. I'm more of a fantasy type writer, and that's what I'm used to. So a lot of slice of life things end up feeling very constricting, or trivial. This one at least allows for character development, which I really like, which is probably why I have no problem sticking with it. In all honesty. I could go off on an hour long explanation on the subject.}

Kazuki shrugged. "I suppose that will work." He said, then smiled down at Z. "But I have a feeling they're all going to lose to us." He said.

Darling scoffed at his brother, as he pulled his coat off again. "Don't get so full of yourself, Nii-san. You two haven't won yet." He said.

Leonide chuckled at them. "Enough already. You two can fight it out later. For now, everyone else pick their team." He said.
