So... Basically Arrancar are like hollow Shinigami that come from Spain? X] itr possible that they can interbreed like horses and mules because of similar anatomy, but because of inner differences we cant see, the offspring would be sterile and not have advantages of either. like a donkey (did i get that the right way around? Or is mule the sterile one...) which would partly explain why none are around- they simply die quick ouo'
do arrancar and quincy get cool transforming weapons too?
Is anyone acting as a quincy atm? I like playing irritable assholes =u=

Er, sure, let's go with that description of Arrancar. Actually, they were given Shinigami powers by Aizen. Considering the fact that they are all humans, though in different spirit forms, I think their offspring would actually probably not be sterile--though they're different types of spirit, they're still humans which are the same race. I don't know, though. They never really go into that in the series xD Mule is the sterile one, by the way.
Arrancar get "resurrecion", which I don't think I spelled right, which transforms their appearance to be more powerful. It's basically a costume change with a power-up.
Quincy get magic bows made of their spirit energy that form from a cross they wear, a special weapon customized to individuals, and then a ressureccion-like ability triggered by a glove they wear. But nothing that transforms, really :/

Amused by these posts, or elsewhere in the guild? Im finding this convo very enlightening and amusing... XD
So there are around 3 or 4 active quincys? What about arrancar and shinigami numbers? I'd want to join one that needs more recruits, but not necessarily extra epicness... Are there any particularly shitty races, like fairies, humans, or gnomes? Can citizens of the Serieti get drafted into the military? What are the rules on special abilities/boosts and costumes? Is the general setting in the Serieti feudal japan? What is uhe setting 4 human realm, modern? What about Espada? Is that like, medieval italy? X] just gotta get my cultural customs and expected names straightened out for all the race options o:
