Sonja hugged him and kissed him making the crowd cheer. She giggled hearing him whisper to her about her new surname. The weirdcouple didn't get in the carriage...somehow they were already in the mansion waiting for the carriages to arrive. They were just in the front door...the guests and the couple would see them for sure

Eric carries Sonja out of the carriage and over the threshold of their home and puts her down. The smile on his face as he carries her over the threshold was changed to puzzlement as he almost bowled the couple over as he carried Sonja in and puts her down. Eric bows to the couple. "Pardon me," he apologizes for almost knocking them over. He smiles to the couple, thinking that perhaps they were friends of Sonja's "Hello, I am Eric. Thank you for attending our wedding." The twins arrive in their carriage with Kingston and come running in the house. "Yeah!" They stop as they see the new couple they did not know, not wanting to be rude they stopped to say, "Hello, I am Aki." "Hello, I am Yuki."

Sonja looked at the couple her smile fading for some moments " who are you? I don't remember sending invitations to people I dont know." she said not angry but puzzled. The couple chuckled and the woman spoke " I'm surprised no one recognized me...sometimes when you are a human others don't recognize you. Kingston don't stare at me like that! I couldn't be absent from my daughter's wedding...nor could her father!" she said pointing at the male. The guy grinned showing a pair of white fangs " excatly!" he said and bent down at the twins " I'm Vladimir and she is Amanda. It's nice to meet you two!" Sonja had froze being pale and her eyes widened hearing who they were. Her parents ?!?! No not now. Not today...

Eric holds Sonja tight so she would not faint from shock. He tries to not make a scene since they have guests who did not know about Sonja and her family, or lack there of. He says "Oh, pleased to meet you. Thank you for coming. We didn't know how to contact you and that you two were still together. Please, why don't we all go in to the hall." He leads them and the rest of the guests to the main hall where music was playing and food was laid out. "Please, everyone help yourself to food and drinks." The twins look at Sonja's parents "Nice to meet you. Sonja adopted ups so that makes you our grandparents?" They said smiling. "We helped decorate!"

Vladimir nodded '"yeah we are your grandparents! I just found out i have two adorable grandkids! You decorated the room very well"he said "and it's a big house too" Sonja definetely needed eric's support. She would have fall down for sure. How did they dare to come here...at her home? shouldn't vampires be invited in? but of course that could be just a myth. She looked at Eric with eyes full of worry "i don't want them in here...not today"she said softly even if what she really wanted to do now was to start a fight with both of them and kick them out of her house

The kids nodded as they showed him what they did. Yuki asks him "How come you did not come earlier to see Sonja? She was sad you left her." Eric casts a spell to freeze all of the humans so that they could sort things out without having a scene in front of the humans and have them find out that they were angels. Aki looks at the humans and waves his hand. "Hey they not moving."

Sonja pushed herself away from Eric and went to the twins pulling them lightly to their side and away from her father " why the he'll did you come here? You didn't bother to visit 18 years couldn't you wait for 18 more? " she asked them " today is my and Eric's day. I don't want anything to ruin it. Please get out of my house like you got out of my life years ago" she said with her voice being calm and formal betraying no feelings. ( umm can you be the parents here?)

((I don't know what to say. Why were they gone? Why did they leave?)) Eric says to the twins. 'I froze everyone human because they don't know angels are real and we want to talk to your grandparents. Why don't you two go with Peter and play with Sophia a little. The party will start again soon." Kingston says "I sent word of your marriage to your mother but I did not expect them to come. I just thought they should know."

( well they left her because her father is one of the royal vampires and a baby with an angel is a scandal and he would lose his popularity. As for her mother she preferred to keep her place at heaven rather staying on earth to take care of her little girl who wasn't allowed in because of being a vampire hybrid. They arent together since their lives parted but they still love each other) Sonja stroked Aki's and Yuki's heads then let them go play with Sophia and her mother who took the kids out. Sonja looked at Kingston " oh but they don't know vital things. Why should they know that? I bet they don't even remember my birthday! " she then turned to them " you weren't here when I said my first word, you weren't here when I took my first step, you weren't here when I was sleeping in a paperboy out in the cold, you weren't even here when I got sick and then died!" she looked only at her mother " and you didn't even come to see me while my spirit was on heaven! Do you know how many times I called my mommy or daddy when I was alone? When I needed you? Countless! And none of you appeared! Do you know how many times I needed someone to help me choose the right path? Still you weren't therent there! And now..." she held Eric's hand " now that I have a family again and I don't need you , you two appear to ruin the happiest day of my life. Why did you even bother huh?" she asked tightening her grip on Eric's hand to control her anger.

((Okay but I don't think I will be very good at this part. I'm not sure what to say.)) Sonja's parents look at her sympathetically. They knew that they had abandoned her. "We are sorry honey." said her mother. "I know I abandoned you, I just thought it would be better for you to live on earth than to be shunned by either the vampires or the angels. I didn't know what happened to you...no news of you came to me until Kingston sent me word of finding you and about the wedding. I cannot excuse what I did.... You are right I am a terrible mother."

(I do all the time with the twins.) Sonja's mother says "I just thought some nice human family would adopt you. Humans are so nice and accepting...not like the angels and vampires who are so elitist. I thought it would be for your best...it wasn't that I didn't care and wonder about you but once I returned home, I was cut off and I felt so guilty. I couldn't ruin your life more by coming back. I had imagined you being a nice loving human girl...I didn't know you tried to find me. I told Kingston about you many years later and he tried to secretly find you...he said in his note he finally found you and what happened. I had heard there was a cure but I didn't know until later it was you and the twins that were the ones that helped...I found out just as we were leaving." Sonja's father said "I didn't know you were born until your mother contacted me just hours ago. I had to sneak over here...if the others found out, they would try to turn you completely and make you stay with us as you are part of a royal line...but you look happy. I do not want you to suffer living with me.... I will not claim you as mine. You should be happy with Eric and your new family. Do not speak of your heritage to your unborn child. If the child is known the others will come and try to take it."

( the twins speak to someone else not each other mostly. But if you don't like I guess I can finishbthis dialogue. Just have fun ^_^) Sonja shook her head holding Eric's hand " words words words. All these sound like cheap excuses to my ears" she said " mother, stopping to worry because you thought someone adopted me isn't a very brave action. The excat opposite. It shows you prefer to ignore your problems. Yes, angels can be slithers but oh look at that! My husband is an angel. An angel completed me. He is here for me! You weren't when I needed you. Even if you learnt who finally helped you could just have come the day you found out. Peter already knew were I lived" she then turned to her father " even as a full vampire I would at least have a family. Even if you didn't want me to be there you could at least check on your kid once a year! Just make sure iras alive. Nothing else! And if you wanted to be out of my life then why did you choose to cone here? Today?"

Sonja's father said "It would have been worse for you with me...you would need to fight and kill. That is not what you would want. " Her mother says "Withe you would never have met Eric. You would not be in the right class. I know it is hard to understand but without us...you have a beautiful life now with Eric and the neko twins. You would never have that as an outcast in our worlds. " Her father says "We came to see that we made the right choice...and we have and you are happy. Here is something for you...it will help protect you and if you need me you can use it." He hands her an amulet made of a black stone. "We will leave you now." Her mother says "we are glad you are happy."
