Melody sniffled and playfully hit Toby. "Well you do have a bed you can sleep in." She tried laughing, but failed from her stuffy nose and slightly swollen throat, which made her groan. "Oh, I don't ever remember being this sick..."

Danyael glanced to the kitchen, noticing that James and Mabel were in there and decided to join them, feeling hungry himself. Well, very hungry considering that he hadn't had anything in days and now he was noticing it.

Mabel waved to Danyael as he entered the kitchen. "Hey, you want to try my soup?" She heard his stomach growl and she laughed. "Or if you want something filling like eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes that can be arranged as well."

Mabel grabbed another bowl and filled it up with the soup before giving him the bowl and getting him a spoon. "Tell me if it tastes good at all."
Melody nodded as she curled up into a little ball in front of the fire. "I could help keep you warm." She tried joking like Mabel always did, but she wasn't sure if it came out right. Being sick made her mind twisted and she was becoming a little loopy.

Danyael sipped at his soup through the spoon and blinked. "This is amazing." He said, smiling and getting more spoonfuls of the soup.

Melody frowned as she looked over at Toby. "What? Don't make that face at me!" She was slightly panicking, thinking there was something horrible happening.
Mabel smiled and propped herself up on the counter, kicking her legs in front of her. "Thanks."

Melody's brows furrowed as she concentrated on what Toby said. "I don't know... I don't remember actually." She laughed as she made herself fall back and look at the ceiling.
Mabel laughed as she rolled her eyes. "Maybe you need to eat a little more."
