Khana didn't stop running until she reached the lift and then got in and as soon as Luke was in behind her she activated it. She was anxious going up, hoping it was really where Kimmi was, but Luke had sounded so sure, so she didn't question it. But why? She was now, in her head at least. As soon as the lift was up she stepped out, guns ready and eyes alert.

Kay nodded and pulled her head back in the door, closing it silently behind her. "I'll cover you till the stairs then come back here and keep an eye on things." she replied, as she moved back toward Pinky and the other door.

Kimmi nodded and bolted for the door to the stairs. She quickly made it inside and jumped up on the stair railing. "Wish me luck." She said with a slight laugh as she pulled her sais and jumped down the center. She easily maneuvered and spun down. As she neared the bottom she used her sai to snag one of the banisters and yank herself with a roll onto the second floor platform. She cursed her bad timing and ran back up to the third floor and out the stair well door. She climbed out the window and pulled her tracker. She smirked to see Khana on her way and waited right outside the window for her.

Both of them stayed silent as they crept along, completely alert. Khana saw something up ahead and raised her guns, but didn't shoot yet just in case. Luke touched her shoulder and she looked back at him, Kimmi, he mouthed to her. She wondered if it was just that his eyesight was better, or something else as well, but she stopped pointing the guns at the figure. She hurried over to Kimmi quickly and stopped in front of her "Hey, need some fire power?" she said, raising on gun that was pointing up and grinning widely.

Kimmi immediately adopted her normal persona and smiled brightly. "You betcha trigger happy!" She said, all traces of her tougher and crazier self hidden. "First things first though." she said as she pulled the tracker out and typed in a code, shutting off the repeating SOS on Khana's bracelet. "Kay's on the top floor. Looks like the creepy little buggers used the elevator to get loose again." She said in her perky tone before motioned to the window. "Thought you might enjoy blowing some stuff up. Since Kay and I don't use guns and all."

Khana nodded, her grin still in place, "Sounds like fun, It's been too long since I've had any action" even though it hadn't really been that long...
"Lead me to them, I can probably take em out easy with only one or two of these" she said, pointing at her special belt. If they were in a room by a door, all she would need to do is make sure Kay ran out first and toss on in then close the door. Easy stuff. But it would still give her some release for all of her stress.

"Kay says there are plenty of them." She reported with an enthusiastic nod. She climbed threw the window as she threw a glance at Luke. "Top floor!" She chipped as she started climbing the stairs. She seriously considered giving Kay's method a try, knowing she could make the jumps if she did it by the railings across from each other rather than floor by floor. However the Kimmi Khana knew wouldn't do something like that.

"Then lets get going!" Khana replied enthusiastically, practically running up the steps, but slowed a little bit, knowing she didn't want to be too winded by the time they reached the top.
Luke just followed silently like before, and rolled his eyes at Kimmi behind Khana's back. They way she acted was so different then how she really was that it wasn't even funny. Creepy almost. Not that he had any room to talk when it came to creepiness....
He wouldn't get at all tired from the climb, no matter how long it was.

Kimmi laughed at Khana as would be expected. She started humming some fast paced song and let Khana get ahead of her as he fell back to where Luke was. She winked at him then rolled her eyes. She was just as bothered by how easy it was to slip into the little Kimmi persona as anyone else would be. "Khana? Remember that comment I made a while back?" She asked in her perky tone as she cocked her head to the side, playing her part. "The one about not knowing me?" She bit her lip for a moment and her eyes shot to Luke for confirmation that he thought it would be ok if she showed her, even a little, of who she really was.

"Hmm, yeah?" Khana said, slowing down a little bit. It had bothered her before when Kimmi said that, only because she didn't know what she had meant. However, with everything that has happened that day, she had forgotten about it until now.
Luke was watching Khana race up the stairs eagerly, but then looked at Kimmi as she came near him. He nodded slightly at what she said. Khana could handle it, all of it, even if she might not take it that well at first, but this was not the time for all of it. However, a little bit would not distract her too much.

"Would you like to know a little of me?" She asked at Luke's confirming nod. She chewed her lip, the one thing she had never been able to hide when she was nervous. She understood everything would be too much right now, Kay not freaking had eased some of her concern of loosing her friends when she finally was revealed. But Khana was a bit more unpredictable than Kay.

Khana slowed more until she was just right in front of them, keeping the same pace so that she didn't get farther ahead again. They were almost to the top anyway. "Yes..." she said slowly because she was still a little confused. Where was Kimmi going with this?

Kimmi glanced at Luke, still nervous of loosing her friend. She took a deep breath and let the facade drop. "Alright then." She said as she came to a stop on the stairwell. Her stance was that of a fighter instead of an innocent like it normally would be. She let the perky note drop from her voice. "I'll tell you everything after this, if I think you can handle it." The easiest way was to more show her than tell her anyhow. She backed up a few paces and took a running start before jumping out and grabbing the railing of the stair case just above and across from where they were. "Grab her Luke, we're taking he easier way up the rest of the way." She ordered in her normal voice as she then turned while still holding onto the railing and repeated the action with the railing for the stairs above Khana's head.

Khana stopped when she herd Kimmi stop and turned around. What was she talking about...? Khana's face revealed her surprise at what Kimmi did next. Then when Luke came over, she slapped his arm before he grabbed her. He should know better. Honestly, she hadn't even tried that because she hadn't believed Kimmi could do it, so she had even considered it for her sake... which now made her feel slightly ashamed... but still. What reason had she to think otherwise? Khana could see already that she did not know Kimmi at all, not if there was more to tell, for this was enough to more then hint at that.
Khana leaped to the next railing the same way Kimmi had- damn, she hadn't done that in a long time. It felt good.
For now she didn't say anything, and not only because of what they were doing, she honestly didn't know what to say.

Once at the top Kimmi didn't look over her shoulder as she pulled her sai's, the action revealing just how capable of protecting herself with them she really was. Her eyes scanned the hall before opening the door all the way. Kay would be back at the room. She glanced at Khana then Luke and put a finger to her lips, indicating quite as she slipped silently into the hall. She watched the shadows closely for any sign of movement as she moved.
