Opposite of shounen would be shoujo...so shoujo-ai?
I don't know, there are just some anime (like Naruto) where there aren't any straight pairs that I like. So I go to the s-ai side, and...it just works. I don't know. Don't get me wrong, though, I love straight pairs two. Heyla, I even write straight pairing stories!

Kyuuketsuki_Gekido See, I'm a girl, so it's a bit better for me. Of course, I read shoujo-ai, too.... I actually stay away from most M fics because they're usually written by hentai people. But there are a few really good ones out there.
Who is this Emily-kun? And I would love to meet another s-ai fan besides my sister. xp Ditto. The other day, actually, this past Tuesday, i was looking for good fanfics But i could only find hentai ones and wierd ones, which made me disapointed. I only found a few fics to my liking. I use to be a fic writer a few years ago. Just typing what you feel is the way of life. xD. And making anime characters a couple. >xD.

I write crossovers. I agree that there are hardly any good ones, but I've found a couple. Granted, most are SasuNaru... whee
But the reason I started my two crosses, ACE and Truth, were because I couldn't find any decent YYH/IY crossovers. And now I'm having trouble, so I'm going to get rid of them. *Takes ax and tries to kill stories*
@ Bombi: H*** NO! Hinata belongs with Kiba, and Naruto with either Sasu-chan or Gaara-kun! Possibly Neji, but that may be stretching it....

I read about anything I can get my hands on..shojo-ai shounen-ai..even a bit of hentai if you considered "Tramps liek Us"..iks okay..a bit nuidity but meh..its all I could get at that time,only got volume 1.
Watched nrtou to be disappointed..WHERE IS THE SHY GIRL???hmm..the one with just white eyes and hsort black hair,I swear I'll go yuri on her. XD
..ahh and then there yoai based manga. :;sparkle sparkle;: sexy bishies loving each other. Now if anyone knwos any sites where I can download free anime epsiodes,or atlast a low fee ones please give.

Do you go to fanfiction.net? I do. I prefer the FMA, Fruits Basket, and Pretear fanfics. I wish fanfiction.net never banned CYOA's. I loved those.
I can't stand the M fics that go over board, i like the cute little fluffy ones. I don't really read much crossovers, but i did read one that my sister made. Its a Fruit Basket/Inu fic.

But heyla, I write YYH crosses, and I use straight pairs. If you want a story to read....
@ Joy: I think Hinata isn't a shoujo-ai chick. Sakura might be, and most Yu-Gi-Oh ones work. *Yes, I'm still a pretty big fan....XD* I wish I could read some S-ai manga, but they're all either getting bad reviews, or you have to be 18 to buy it.... cry
@ Wonderland: Yes, that's the only place I go. I write there under the name Kittey Rin, and I'm pretty proud of the fact that my stories are somewhat popular! whee I like reading IY, YYH, Naru, HP and YGO stories....
Cursing my idiocy, I just got grounded off the computer. I'll be able to get on Sunday, so I'll try and catch up then. cry

i dont go to fanfiction.net eny more... sometimes they dont say if its yaoi/shounen ai and i end up getin disturbed x.x, great im talkin to a bunch of s-ai lovers, ima go to the corner and be disturbed now ok? *sits on corner*
