Oassu nodded "Yeah I've never actually seen Itaka in action on missions which makes me doubt his ability to steal even moreso, but yeah I'll just stealth up and swipe something from the kitchen for later though if you really wanted to help you could cause a nice distraction when we get to the kitchen." he said
Gil chuckled "Well yeah they aren't great but that's why there's medics on hand and my stomach's pretty durable after some of the stuff I've eaten." he said having a drink "Though yeah the thought had occured in my mind though from what I've heard from Nadira Chakra doesn't work in a way that I could use multiple jutsu like that at once" he shrugged.
Itaka sighed sitting down "Well that's Boris for you, he's the one who's kept the farm safe from goblins and stuff the last couple of years" he said watching Irelia patrolling a set distance from Boris waiting to harass them for food again. "Well this outing is just to let them get a bunch of exercise and enjoy the weather" he said.

Seph nodded shuffling closer to Itaka "Well they are certainly getting their exercise while chobi is with them" she laughed watching her pet both chasing and rounding up half the chocobos into a corner "Guess she's happy to be with her friends again and I'm surprised the weather isn't colder than this, I thought now was meant to be the snow season and yet its so dry"

Felina snickered lowering her voice "well my very appearence will be a pretty fine distraction but sure I'll just tell them I want to know whats in tonights dinner specifically just in case they accidentally trigger one of your many alergies" she suggested thinking it wouldn't be too hard to distract. "Just make sure not to grab anything on a fancy plate as that will probably be served up later. Though perhaps Itaka was more a back seat member of his guild then and he just doesn't want to tell us. Like a fence or someone to scare people into paying protection money"
Satoshi shrugged "Well thats why it helps to have someone with a decent knowledge of plants and animals, means that any chef stuck near by can get a good idea of what things to make into a meal and what to leave alone"
Yuudai paused scratching his chin "Well... in theory it works fine but unless you have an alarmingly high amount of chakra then it's not really got any practical use since jutsu are most effective when one is focused on one specific area. Might get away with it for a few smaller ones" he concluded.

Oassu smirked "Well don't go telling them I'm allergic to sugar or nice stuff if that's the case but is there anything you'd particularly like me to get or is likely to be in the kitchen?" he asked.
Gil shrugged "Well I get by fine without any form of jutsu training, I doubt I'm magically orientated enough to manage that anyway" he said finishing his meal "Well that was delicious Yuki thank you!" he said
Itaka nodded "Well yeah some of them are certainly happy to see Chobi back though it's turning out to be a dry winter, it can be erratic around here, could be warmer though" he said noting the wind as a smaller green chocobo successfully rolled away from Chobi's little corner kwehing mirthfully as it ran from Chobi.

Seph snickered putting an arm around Itaka while quietly cheering for the little green chocobo that managed to slip away from Chobi "Well she's not needing to change careers and become a sheep dog anytime soon it seems. Though I wouldn't say no to colder weather as you know I do like snow not that its your favourite weather" she cheerfully added before whistling to Chobi to move away and let the other chocobos go free. "I wonder how the others are doing. Must be weird for the ones changing seasons"

Felina shook her head "It's a total mystery what is lying about in the kitchen as most the food is stored in the pantry so just pick out something that looks nice to eat and not something that is to noticable if you take it. Use your common sense I shouldn't have to tell the professionals how to steal things" she teased continuing on towards what appered to be a dead end.
Yuki smiled gathering up all the plates seeing Gil finally finishing up his meal, soon assisted by Ikara "Why thank you, I know some people prefer it with less salt but I think it tastes better the way I was taught to make it. Now hopefully you'll have room for desert, it's not home made like the rest of the meal but its still nice" she added slipping into the kitchen.
Satoshi grinned having a rough idea of what would be served as desert "She's right, she'll have some nice things bought in for you since she's making a special effort. And just so you know, your doing great" she whispered.

Oassu shrugged "Well thieves do have to utilise distractions and information is a vital part of our business I'll have you know" he warned her stopping by the dead end "So what now? Another secret way out?" he asked somewhat eagerly.
Gil nodded squeezing Satoshi's hand under the table "Nice to know though it's really a special occasion so it would probably be just as nice without me even then" he said petting a happy Enkidu who followed Yuki with his eyes hopeful she'd bring back more food.
Itaka nodded "Well maybe, Mari's region can get really cold round this time of year I think, Satoshi might have mentioned her village is the opposite but I know the Elven forest is deathly cold this time of year, don't envy Oassu though" he said lying down as a tall fluffy white chocobo followed Chobi with a gentle headbutt and a quiet kweh before she followed the green chocobo seeing it fall over again.

Seph smiled happy to see despite falling over the chocobo was ok "Well I wouldn't say no to the elven forest at this time of year but I can imagine him, Felina and Hayate all wrapped up in three to four layers of clothing right now. It's Alpha who gets me confused with snow, you would think he wouldn't be bothered by snow too much but he has some right mood swings at times. Though one day we're flying south for the winter" she added jokingly suddenly finding herself gasping for air as the big gold chocobo chose to sit down upon her.

Felina laughed leaning against the dead end wall "Well your definitely keen to get started. There are no dead ends in this tunnel and this here is the way out you see and all sealed up obviously so not just any old snooper can find it which is why any last minute plans should be decided here. But I do trust you to pick up some good stuff and I turst the kitchen enough to have good stuff so let me know if your ready"
Satoshi blinked surprised to see Enkidu following so close behind her mother "apparently he liked the meal also and her... also" she frowned spotting Aelo run past the fiend. "she just doesn't know when to give up with food.
Yuki turned around hands on her hips spotting her new stalkers "You animals just want everything thats left over... well I shall see what scraps I can get you shortly when I have dessert sorted out provided you both behave" she told them earning a reluctant bark from Aelo.

Oassu rolled his eyes "I'll see what's available though really you could just order some stuff but lets get this done, part of me thinks you'd like the thieves life if your getting into stuff like this" he said.
Gil shrugged "Dog has a healthy appetite, Enkidu isn't any better" he said watching Enkidu pad slowly back to Gil and lie down in wait "Aelo must be a bit of a pain to control at times if she's so eager to harass other dogs and stuff" he said.
Itaka frowned as Boris kwehed angrily at Chobi snapping at her so she got off Seph with a mocking kweh in return "Chobi be more careful next time" he said watching as the other chocobos flocked over to see the commotion "Boris likes to think he's in command of everything but Chobi's never really cared for that approach" he said stroking Seph's tummy "Still sure he'd be bothered by snow, if water bothers him it'll just melt to water on him and sting same as rain right?" he said watching as Boris glared at Chobi while the white Chocobo came over to see if Seph was ok casting a small Choco cure on her thinking she needed it.

Seph smiled waving away the chocobos that were beginning to mob her with attention "Hey hey, relax she only sat on me and probably intentionally. I've had worse than a chocobo sit on me before. Still it's nice to know I'm making friends" she added patting the white chocobo's beak much to the jealousy of Chobi. "And I guess your right about Alpha, but he can take a little water. I've actually seen him swim a couple of times. Complained and cursed the whole time but he was surprisingly good swimmer. Wasn't even expecting him to know how to do it"

Felina shook her head placing her hand against the wall "The difference between this ans your guild is theres no risk here of a jail sentence or worse if your caught" she pointed out muttering the appropriate phrase to open the door "Well good luck as I'm off to work, say or do something to let me know when your done looting" she whispered before stepping out and calling all the staff over in elvish, asking them all to gather around while she came up witn a request for later followed by a small wink directed at Oassu.
Satoshi shook her head leaning forward signalling for Aelo to come to her for a pet "She's not so bad really. It's just when she comes to food theres no stopping her. Has an apetite like Seph's and less manners too so just tries to steal any food she can. Unlike Yuudai's little thing over there... we are so getting a puppy if we ever get the chance to settle down" she added indicating to the small dog begging on his hind legs for more food.

Oassu nodded hiding against the wall when Felina entered before subtly sneaking in and behind a counter after her once she'd engaged the chef's on-duty.
Gil chuckled watching as Enkidu gave the puppy a disdainful look as he passed "Sure if you want, didn't think you were as much of a dog person as your family though" he said petting Aelo as well and feeding the little puppy a treat as a reward for her efforts.
Itaka chuckled "They're all fine really they've been here so long they are more like a family," he said watching as the chocobos went away to do their own thing "Still can't imagine he'd particularly like to swim again though maybe he practiced swimming lava or something, sounds like the sorta thing he'd enjoy" he said

Seph paused, pondering on itaka's idea for a moment "Well I suppose that does kinda make sense since he apparently grew up inside a giant volcano and lava is a lot thicker than water so he would have had more practice to move through it. But at least he keeps himself clean with a little water a day. There are a lot of incredibly smelly fire demons out there. Though on a completely unrelated note, I think the food we gave Chobi made her hyper" she added spotting Chobi attempting another round up.

Felina glanced over at Oassu feeling a little guilty she had the staff running around checking through all the food they had already started preparing for their inspection but continied the conversation hoping that Oassu would at least steal one of the chocolate truffles before giving her the signal he ws finished.
"There you go, strawberry ice cream for all" Yuki cheerfully announced bringing though all the bowls along with a big plate of strawberries for people to help themselves to.
Satoshi frowned looking at the bowl before whispering to Gil you would be amazed how much it is to get stuff like this over here, the price of all the imported foot is incredibly high so its kinda a luxury to have such basic stuff here. But sure I don't mind dogs, just wouldnt want to train one for battle like some of my family members"
