@Loli: I know O-o Which is why I ended up just closing it and making a summary in the Newspaper O_o
But yeah, this time, there's a max of 3 chara per person (I wanted to make it 2 but.... yeah.) and we cut down the teams from 9 to 5 (but then again, the kid theme don't really count...)
If it's still horrible this year, next year it'll be a kid-only festival O_o

@lone- Can I assume Lirian and Ari had their weapons taken and paid a fine? It's been a while since the whole incident started, and it was a bit of a misunderstanding since they thought their permits were valid, so can we timeskip so that they can be in the festival and stuff?
