That movie sucked a**.
On that note.
Despite the fact, I will always tell everybody I am not a virgin so that satanic rituals can not be performed on my body. Lolololololololololololololololololololol. @shira: only most of them require virgins....not all of them. Don't forget "SIN" can power some of the more darker rituals. In other news; that movie did, in fact, suck a**. @Kaze: Sup man! how's it going? Still need to create that one Yoton technique I told you about. Either that or create a Pyroclastic flow technique. I never liked that movie either...
I went into it expecting to at least be a little scared by the end.
I was sorely mistaken...

Well, you people... I would vote as whatever is available and sounds best for your character concept. I wanted Suna too, but it seems to be full at the moment...
And I tried to consider which of my remaining options, (Kumo, Iwa and Konoha I believe?), fit best with my RPC.
But they all could equally....
Also, Duck.
Nobody has to pay to be in the snuggle squad.
Though first I'd have to know you enough to be friends with you...
Also I couldn't fit you into my sig in order to be in the squad even if I wanted to.
(Not that I don't or anything!)

Well I was just joking there...I seem to have grown an obsession to the name/title of lord fluffington after I performed my first d-rank mission of walking a pet She-Komodo Dragon named Ms. Fluffy McFlufffluff, and promised her to find her a mate named Lord Fluffington the third. Alas It will never come to pass as I grew weary of that fail-character.

• -4 posts for learning jutsu
If an academy student only gets 3 post requirement then they auto learn it right because last time I checked it 3 +(-4) = -1

They still have to do a single post learning the jutsu. It's not a flaw, it's a feature. Tactical ninjas are the best at learning new jutsu, and academy level jutsu are generally nothing to them. hence, the post req being nil.

well.... I am also a teaching master so I can't wait to start learning Sanin and Kage jutsus... it will be a -7 requirement for posting!

Sadly not. Although I would most definitely find it amusing if you still did that after learning a jutsu. Sort of like how my character will randomly start quoting classical music sometimes.

they don't... stare I thought I made that clear in the rules, I believe you can see it either at the top of the shinobi types list, or in the Official rule book, or maybe even both, but just to go ahead and clarify: learning bonuses do not stack, you take the greatest bonus possible, meaning if you would get a -4 post bonus from tactical and a -3 post bonus from teaching master, you wouldn't add them for a -7, you would take the greater of the two bonuses which is the -4 from tactical. Learning bonuses never stack, however the teaching master -2 post teaching bonus does stack with the highest learning bonus your character would normally receive.

the talk about stacking died after lance's post. okay I think that were true because in MMO's giving your character bonuses of stamina using a spell doesn't stack... they only stack as equipment.
trying to make a conversation out being bored.
